The bell rang and students were everywhere, some were chattering, others were busy on their phones and most of them were looking at me. 

"Ugh what the fuck, why are they looking? Don't they have works to do? Or I don't know, lives to live" I irritatingly complained. 

"Well well, cause you're the new famous girl at school babe, who would've thought." Chaeryeong chirped beside me, eating God knows what. 

"What do you mean by that?" I asked Chaeryeong. 

"Well remember when the ex-couple Yeji and Karina had that not so little scene at the cafeteria, when Karina asked why are you with Yeji and who were you? When Yeji defended you, remember?" 

"Yeah, so?" 

"Sooooo, everybody's thinking you are the new girl of the Hwang Yeji, the one that replaced Karina" 

"Wait what?! That's not true!" I said, exasperated.

"But everyone thinks it is" Chaeryeong nonchalantly said. 

"There are pros and cons, pros is that you'll be popular in social terms and that students will start to appreciate you more and the cons is that most students will hate you. Cause one, you're just an attention seeker. Two, Yeji's admirers and suitors will hate you. Three, the it girl's and the wannabes won't want you around their queen and lastly, Karina and Yeji's shippers" She explained. 

"Wow that's too much to take in but I assume almost everyone hates me" I concluded. 

"Yes and taking into considerations that Karina Yu hates you for coming into the scene of her and Yeji" 

"But they're over right? And besides Yeji and I are just.... friends" sadly said. 

"But that's not what Karina thinks. She thinks after what she did to Yeji, she can still win her back. So good luck!" Chaeryeong said and patted my head. 

"Fuck my life, I'm doomed" I said in defeat. 

"Ryujin!" A familiar voice yelled. 

"Speaking of the little devil, gotta go. I don't wanna spoil your moments. Mwah!" Chaeryeong teased.

"What moments, we're just friends!" I said, hitting her arms before Chaeryeong could ran away. 

"Hi!" Yeji greeted. 

"Was that Chaeryeong? Why did she left?" Yeji asked. 

"She has somewhere to go to" I lied. 

"Aww, I was hoping to meet her" Yeji pouts.

"Don't be like that, you'll meet her soon. I promise, now don't give me that sulky face" I said, pinching her face. 

"Alright, let's go to the library now. I have tons to read" Yeji said. 

"Wow looks like you're being a nerd Hwang" I teased. 

"Shut up! It's your fault" She said dismissing me.

Yeji and I's usual daily routine is to eat at the cafeteria after an hour of reading in the library, after dismissal we would go home together to eat some noodles at our favorite convenient store and I'll walk her home.
