I turned around to face a boy around my age driving a 2010 BMW.
"W-what?" Oh gosh, I was horrible around strangers.
"I said, need a ride? I mean it looks like it's going to rain and I don't think you want to be walking around in it." The mystery boy replied.
Because I'm awkward and a loner, I had no idea how to talk to any another guy besides Hayden. Usually I stutter, cough uncontrollabley, then I stare at my feet. Same process goes for mainly everyone.
"Uh, it's okay. My house isn't that far from where I am." I walked away hoping he wouldn't follow me.
"Hey girl, I go to your school don't worry. I'm not a strange man trying to kidnap you. In fact, we have most classes together." He yelled.
"Oh. I don't really pay attention to the people in class, sorry." I replied while sitting on the bus bench.
"Hm, well I know you. You're the girl who always hides in class. Now seriously, get in my car and I'll take you home." The guy said as he walked around the open the passenger door for me.
"F-fine," I sat down. "My house is just ahead, keep driving straight then make a right at the stop sign, it's the pastel yellow house."
He nodded then started to drive away. I've never felt so out of place but comfortable at the same time.
"Wait, what's your name anyways? I should know it if I'm in the car with a strange."
"Luke, I'm like Luke Hemmings but hotter." Luke winked at me.
"Oh gosh, no way, no one is hotter then Luke Hemmings himself. you don't even have that dirty blonde of hair!" I uttered.
"Yeah, but still you have to admit it." Luke smiled.
What the heck? Why did I feel queasy when he smiled at me? The only smile to make me weak was Hayden's....
"Anyways, we're here." Luke broke me out of my thoughts.
"Oh. Oh! Um, t-thanks, Luke. I'll see you around." I responded.
"No problemo, Astrid."
He knew my name too? Something's not right here.

A/N: i might use luke hemmings as luke idk yet. tbh i wish i had my own luke. still looking for an Astrid, I found someone but I can't find out who it is ughhh. by the way, i'm going to start making the chapters longer now that the story has actually started (; Anyways, till next time!
