Items- Potion, Great Ball
Tartarus City- Second town, Fire Gym, Flare Badge, TM Flame Charge, most of the buildings made out of fireproof very dark brick, Team Frost base contains possibility to recieve a Groudon.
Route 2-
Pokémon List: Trapinch, Diglett, Magnemite, Magmar, Cyndaquil
Items- Super Potion, Fire Stone (Only accessible with HM Cut)
Heights City- Third city, tons of skyscrapers made out of durable wood and metal, flying gym, Soar Badge, TM Aerial Ace, Team Frost base allows possibility to recieve Rayquaza.
Route 3-
Pokémon List: Pidgeotto, Staravia, Combusken, Eevee (rare), Ponyta, Vivillion, Espurr, Kadabra
Items- Super Potion, Net Ball, Water Stone (only accessible with HM Surf)
Azuria City- Fourth city, mostly made out of concentrated sandstone and glass, primitive housing, on the water, Hydraulic Badge, TM Aqua Tail, Team Frost base allows possibility to recieve Kyogre.
Items- HM Surf
Route 4-
Pokémon List: Magikarp, Goldeen, Seaking, Carvenha, Octillery, Remoraid, Staryu
Items- Hyper Potion, Ultra Ball, Rare Candy
Dramoria City- Fifth City, Cliché Department Stores, mainly made out of smoothened rock (granite), Ultimatum Badge, TM Dragon Claw, Team Frost base allows possibility of recieving Giratina.
Route 5-
Pokémon List: Vibrava, Magneton, Pignite, Rapidash, Dugtrio, Electrode
Items- Rare Candy, Hyper Potion, Sun Stone (HM Rock Climb needed), TM Will-o-Wisp
Harmony Town- No Pokémart nor Gym, full of gardens, ponds, and a massive Contest Stadium. Emphasizes Elegance.
Route 6-
Pokémon List: Gloom, Vibrava, Furret, Bellossom, Ivysaur, Staraptor.
Items- Razor Claw
Equinox City- Seventh City, made out of either suspended solid water (not frozen), fire resistant brick, glass, or stone. Elemental Badge, TM Facade, Team Frost base allows possibility to receive Zapdos, Moltres, or Articuno.
Route 7- Into the caves.
Pokémon List: Parasect, Golbat, Crobat, Graveler, Gigalith, Charmeleon, Pawniard, Bisharp
Item List- TM Night Slash, Charcoal, Dusk Stone (need HM Strength)
Subterranean City- Eighth City, completely underground, housing units excavated from walls of cave system, Excavation Badge, TM Earthquake, Team Frost base allows possibility to receive Mewtwo.
Route 8-

Items- HM Strength
Flyleaf City- Ninth City, housing units in trees, Wooden Badge, TM Solarbeam, Team Frost Base allows possibility to receive Celebi.
Route 9-
Pokémon List: Leafeon, Torterra, Pidgeot, Musharna, Krickitune, Butterfree
Dajmon City- Final Major City, everything made out of a dark wood or stone, Dojo Badge, TM Focus Blast, Team Frost Base allows possibility to receive Arceus.
Route 10- Victory Road
Pokémon List: Golem, Gigalith, Volcarona, Golurk, Flygon, Jolteon, Steelix, Lucario
