Chapter 6 - Destiny's dirty game

I slumped down into the sofa the moment I spotted it when we entered this coffee shop. I heaved a heavy sigh and closed my eyes for a while.

I'm so drained.

"Let me guess, you're with..."

"She's so toxic! Ugh." Pagputol ko na agad sa kung anong sasabihin sana ni Louis.

Hindi ko naman na kailangan pang sabihin ang reason kung bakit ako drain na drain ngayon.

"Since, sa tingin ko, magrarant ka na naman, I already ordered your favorite." Sabi niya at inabot 'yung Coffee jelly frappuccino

Coffee jelly frappuccino ang gusto ko para ma-relax ang buong pagkatao ko. Ewan. I feel a different kind of relaxation sa pagkagat ng makunat na coffee jelly.

"Gosh! Thanks for this." Relieved, I grabbed the cup.

"Thanks ka dyan! Sm free wifi na lang ang libre ngayon, pre!" sabi niya bago siya mag-sip sa espresso

"Fine, I take it back! Buti pa si Collin, nililibre ako. Unlike, you." I rolled my eyes at him tapos I handed him a 500 - pesos bill.

"Mamaya na sukli." Sabi niya tapos nilagay na 'yung pera sa wallet niya.

Remind me again, why am I with this..? Goodness! Nagpapalpitate ang superficial temporal veins ko! With my fingers, I slightly applied a little pressure on the both sides of my forehead.

"Spring!"

Tamad kong nilingon 'yung tumawag sa pangalan ko. Not another headache causing creature, please!

Bigla akong napaayos ng upo nang makita ko kung sino 'yung tumawag sa akin.

Actually, I was surpised to see him... here. Kung tama ang pagkakaalala ko, he's living somewhere north while this coffee shop is way down south. It's a long drive considering it is a Friday night. Oh, road widening that leads to traffic jams!

Okay. Nagstastart pa lang magwork 'yung magic ni Destiny may istorbo na. Sa katauhan ng magaling kong best friend, Louis.
