Most of the group would be though, because despite Milo and Skylar being the youngest of the group, they seemed to be the center of attention. Most of what the two of them did, was for attention, and the friend group didn't take it to heart too harshly.

"Are we Red-Dee?!" Milo slapped the hood of his car rapidly as he went around to the driver side, "Let's get this baby moving," Valerie swore he had heard him howl with excitement but she bit her tongue. Skylar moved to sit in the front seat of Milo's car, and Valerie let out of breath of disbelief.

Riley and Theo had came off of the traffic barrier that divided the pavement and the grassy hill, that lead to woods. Riley had wanted sit outside of the car, and had opted for the grassy hill. Theo leaned on the traffic barrier, smoking a cigarette, while Valerie got back into the passenger seat.

From inside the car, Valerie sat watching her three friends. Theo was heading straight for the car, but Riley and Remi were arguing between the two cars.

Theo slammed his body down into the drivers seat before pulling the door closed. He took one last hit of his cigarette before he flicked it out of the window, "What's going on?" Valerie asked gesturing to the pair.

Theo pressed his lips together and gave Valerie a lazy, unimpressed look, "They don't want to ride in Milo's car," He leaned his head out of the window, "Hurry the fuck up, will ya'? I'd like to get there before, I don't know, morning."

Valerie giggled and rolled her eyes, smacking him in his arm, "You have enough room for both of them."

He puffed out some air, "Tell Riley about that," As the words left his mouth, Riley had cocked her hand back and released it aiming at Remi's face.

The sound was a white noise generator to their ears as they all held their breath. They had all seen the wrath of Riley but it was never directed at Remi. Remi never did anything, to deserve to be treated negatively in any shape or form.

Remi caught his cheek as if it would fall off, and he gritted his teeth, "You're lucky I'm still a man," He raised his eyebrows, and his voice. Taking a deep breath, he recollected himself.

Remi was that bitch, and he sure as hell let Riley know as he lightly strutted over Theo's car, "Room for one more?"

"Yeah, jump on in," Theo told him, gesturing to the back seat. Riley huffed from her spot and took long steps over to Milo's piece of junk, "What was miss things problem?"

Remi opened the back door and slid in, closing the door behind him, "She said she wanted to ride with you guys," He told the two, rubbing his cheek, "But on the ride over she said she was getting bad feelings, so," He rolled his eyes, "I'm going to write it off as anxiety induced."

Theo had put his keys in, and shifted the car into the correct gear function. Suddenly, the car lurched backwards and then forwards and the group was off again, followed by the second grouping of friends.

"So," Remi dragged out the 'Oh', "Why was Skylar so upset at the rest stop?"

Valerie rolled her neck, "She's the one who told Milo about me being over Theo's."

"No shit," He leaned back against the back seat, clearly dejected. He hadn't even suspected Skylar would do that to her own sister, "Just between us, did anything happen?"
