I'm on my way to my brother's house to visit him. I usually visit him every Sunday since it's the only day I am free.

I parked the car in front of his house. Hindi na ako nag-abalang mag-doorbell pa dahil kapatid niya naman ako. Dirediretso akong nagtungo sa loob ng bahay niya at nagulat ako sa nadatnan sa loob.

I stopped on my track when I saw who's the person facing my brother. They're sitting face-to-face but Joshua's back is facing me so he didn't saw my arrival. I cocked my head to the right and raised my eyebrows in pure confusion. What is he doing here? Magkakilala sila ng kapatid ko?

"Sir..." he called me.

"Drakeson..."

Napalingon ang kapatid ko sa kaniyang likod. He immediately stood when he saw me. Nag-aalinlangan siyang ngumiti sa akin bago lumapit. Inangat niya ang kaniyang kamao para makipag 'fist bump'.

"Kuya Jahd, I thought you wouldn't come." Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

"You know that I always visit you every Sunday. Hindi lang ako nakakapunta kapag busy ako." He scratched his head.

"Ano... Magkakilala kayo?" Nagpabalik-balik ang tingin niya sa amin ni Drakeson. Habang si Drakeson naman ay malikot ang mga mata. Kung saan-saan ito tumitingin.

"Yeah, paano ko naman hindi makikilala ang empleyado ko." Napatingin agad sa akin si Drakeson.

"Y-Yeah, he's my boss." He gulped. Joshua stared at Drakeson for a minute. Nag-iwas naman ng tingin ang huli.

"Huh. I didn't even know that you were working in my brother's company." He whispered to himself. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. It's not mine.

"Uh, kuya, even though you already know him, I still want to introduce him to you. Uhm... Siya 'yung tinutukoy ko. The person I love, Drakeson Lee. DK, he's my brother, Jahdiel." Drakeson rose from his seat and offered his hand.

"Nice to meet you, s-sir Jahdiel." He nervously spoke. Tinitigan ko ang kaniyang kamay bago ito tinanggap.

"I knew you first as my employee. Now as my brother's lover. Nice to meet you, Drakeson." His hands were cold as we shaked hands.

Naupo ulit silang pareho sa sofa. They didn't spoke to each other and I already understood why.

"You don't have to be shy. I won't mind you two, don't worry." I smiled as I entered the kitchen. Guess I'll make a snack for the three of us. Or... maybe not. I forgot that I can't even boil noodles properly.

Napangiwi ako sa hitsura ng pancake na ginawa ko. Is this even edible? Baka malason kami kapag kinain namin 'to. Napailing nalang ako habang tinatapon ang mga pancakes sa trash bin. What a waste.

I removed the apron on my waist and walked towards the living room. Napaupo ako sa tabi ni Joshua.

"I tried to make pancakes but I failed. Sorry."

"It's fine. I ordered pizzas." Napatingin ako sa kaniya.

"And you didn't even bother to tell me?" I raised my eyebrows on him. Nagpakapagod ako sa letseng pancakes na 'yon, 'yun naman pala nag-order siya ng pizza.

"You didn't asked, kuya." Natatawa niyang sagot. Inirapan ko lang siya.

"Uhm, puwede ba akong magtanong?" Drakeson interrupted.

"Go on."

He eyed us innocently. Parang nagdadalawang isip siya sa tatanungin niya. "Uh, wag nalang pala. Baka kasi confidential 'yung tanong ko."
