Eden woke up in a sweat. She had barely slept the night before after last night, after Dream pretended like she never existed in his life, like she hadn't opened up to him several times in his bedroom. She felt awful, Hailey seemed so lovely and Eden honestly thought that they could be friends. But with Dream acting like that, it would be hard having to play pretend.
The brunette pushed the blanket off her body, trying to cool herself down in the humid Florida hotel room. She wasn't sure whether she had woken up naturally, or from the constant notifications pinging on her phone. The light from the device blinding her in the dim room, her eyes widening at the names displayed in front of her.
