dylan and I were laughing at something and drinking wine when my phone started ringing. noah's name appeared on my phone.
shit noah. I totally forgot to call him and tell him I wasn't going. I was supposed to meet him at the restaurant.
"I'll be right back." I told dylan and got up from the couch.
"noah I'm so sorr-"
"y/n where the hell are you?"
god he sounded angry.
"I'm home. I was with dylan and I totally forgot about our da-"
"dylan? seriously?."
"yes I'm sorry noah. I'll make it up to you."
"no you know what? it's obvious there's something going on between you two. so don't bother."
"what do you mean? there's nothing going on between dylan and I."
"y/n I'm not stupid. don't call me. bye."
before I could say anything he hung up on me.
I didn't want dylan to find out about my date with noah so I just pretended like nothing happened and went back to the living room.
"is everything okay?" he asked sounding worried.
"yeah." I acted normal for the rest of the night.

"why are you looking at me like that?" I asked dylan.
"I really like your laugh."
I smiled and started blushing.
he leaned in and pressed his soft lips on mine.

"I'm sorry. is it not okay? maybe I shouldn't hav-"
before he could say anything else I grabbed his neck and pulled him closer kissing him harder
