Hidden in Your Smile

Yeonjun nodded with a sheepish smile. Soobin left the room, leaving Yeonjun by himself again.

Yeonjun sighed heavily and rose from his bed. He got dressed in a black graphic tee, light-washed straight-cut jeans, and black combat boots. He grabbed his bag and his phone and met the rest of his group in the living room.

Huening Kai was looking for a snack in the fridge while Beomgyu and Taehyun were looking at something on Taehyuns phone. Soobin was checking their schedule.

"We're gonna be on Weekly Idol, so they'll probably dress us in something different at the studio. We'll also have our makeup there. But our manager said it's the only thing on the schedule so we'll have the rest of the day off." Soobin informed them.

Everyone gave their murmurs of approval upon hearing the phrase "day off."

"Also, the car is here so we gotta go," Soobin said upon hearing another ding from his phone. "Everyone has everything? I'm not letting anyone borrow my chapstick, charger, charging head, cellphone, cologne, headphones, or hairpins again."

"That's a lot of C's." Huening Kai commented. "I have everything."

Everyone else agreed and after that, they left their dorm. They packed into the van and headed to the studio.

After they arrived they immediately greeted the staff and got to work. Everyone was in their makeup chairs waiting for someone to give them some sort of itinerary or something for the shoot.

And as expected the stylists did have them change into different clothing for the shoot. Yeonjun changed into a pair of slightly tighter black jeans, a white tee, and a black blazer.

Later they were walked through the different segments, there was only the intro, album promo, and then three surprise game segments. It was pretty simple, and Yeonjun was at least glad that they weren't doing anything too exhausting.

They met the hosts, Kwanghee and Eunhyuk. They were nice guys, very professional. They offered words of encouragement for the shoot and went off to prepare.

Soon the shoot started, and all was going well for Yeonjun. Unfortunately, that didn't last long.

After the performance segment, the hosts introduced the next segment.

"We've prepared a special game in honor of your title song for the album!" Kwanghee chimed in his typical on-air voice. "It's called I Caught You!"

"Yeah, so basically we have these prompt cards here. Each one has a different situation or superlative. A member will come up here, pick a card and choose a member that fits the description of the card." Eunhyuk added.

The members clapped their hands, as they hadn't had a chance to play this game on the show and they were excited to do so.

"Okay, so who would like to go first?" Kwanghee asked.

"I'll go!" Beomgyu beamed.

Beomgyu hopped up from his seat and pranced over to pick a card.

Everything Beomgyu did was just so endearing in Yeonjun's eyes. So endearing he didn't notice the soft smile creeping on his lips.

Beomgyu read the prompt card and read it.

"Oh wow, this one looks hard," Eunhyuk commented in surprise.

"Yeah, it might be hard to pick someone." Kwanghee agreed.

Beomgyu hummed. He walked back behind the members and paced for a bit. Yeonjun grew nervous, Beomgyu kept walking past him and it was killing him.
