chapter 9

Akshara walked out of the train station when she saw Ranveer standing outside with a concerned look
 
Akshara: chachuuu was all she whispered and ran to hug him
 
Ranveer  hugged her while she silently sobbed
 
Akshara: i left him chachu...i  left my bestie all alone.
 
Ranveer  didn't say anything and rubbed Akshara back as he knew Akshara started loving Abhimanyu ...Akshara had called him the night before going to the trip and she knew once ranveer knows something is wrong he would find the reason to it  
 
Flashback
 
Akshara and arohi were going to leave for the trip next day so Akshara decided to check her emails at night when she saw she had got a confirmation in one of the college
 
She started to think how would she tell her family when Ranveer  came in her mind and she knew if she needed his help then that would mean telling Ranveer  everything
 
It's not like she was not close to kartik he meant everything for her but she knew how her dad was....he was a strong man a loving son and a amazing supportive husband but as a father he was very soft towards his kids a small injury on them and kartik would be all over the place...his kids means everything to him and he cant see them upset otherwise he would shift his focus on them neglecting other things in his life
 
She dialled ranveer number and after few rings it connected
 
Akshara: chachu ?
 
Ranveer : hey akshu what's up...you need some money ? I'll send it straight away tell me how much
 
Akshara: no it's ok it's not that  but....
 
Ranveer  sensed her voice and he knew things were not ok
 
Ranveer : what happened Akshara
 
Akshara: first promise me u won't tell anyone
 
Ranveer : come on akshu we both know that I would never tell our secrets to anyone
 
Akshara: I know...the thing is I...I decided to leave Delhi college as I plan to continue my study in one of the college in udaipur
 
Ranveer  was surprised
 
Ranveer : what's the actual reason for this.
 
Akshara was silent for few secs while ranveer waited for her to Speak
 
Akshara: I didn't know when I started to love him ..maybe when Tanya came to his life ir before that ...I just don't know ...he is my bestie and his happiness means a lot to me chachu ...I don't want to come between him and Tanya...I need to forget this new found feeling for him because we can only be friends.
 
At first Ranveer  didn't know who Akshara was talking about but when she mentioned bestie he knew Akshara only calls one person bestie
 
Ranveer : u love Abhimanyu? he asked to confirm
 
Akshara: haan
 
Ranveer : and he doesn't know ?
 
Akshara: no and he doesn't need to know...chachu   please i need your help to convince the family that I want to change college and only u can help me...if I tell them the first person to question me will be papa and you know his questioning wont stop until he isnt convinced
 
Ranveer : but Akshara this is not the right way
 
Akshara: please chachu  this is the only way I can see ...please help me
 
Ranveer  heart melted the way Akshara pleaded and he agreed.
 
End of flashback
 
Akshara: it was so hard leaving them alone
 
Ranveer : u will see them after u finish your college right
 
Akshara: haan but the main thing i need to do is forget My feeling for Abhimanyu
 
Ranveer : u really think it's easy to forget your feelings for the person u love ? It's not easy akshu and that's a fact
 
Akshara: i could at least learn to hide it...if he is always in front of me then it's not possible
 
Ranveer : and what will happen when he does come in front of you?
 
Akshara: I'll be all ok till then she said
 
Ranveer looked at akshara for few secs
 
Ranveer: come let's go home all r waiting for u
 
Akshara: didn't they question as to y I came back alone
 
Ranveer : they did and I told them that u r planning to join a college in udaipur  which shocked them but I still convinced them saying how u will get better learning  facilities better than Delhi ...but I'm sure they will stlll question u so just be prepared
 
Akshara:so you already told them ? And here I was thinking how to break the news to them what about papa?
 
Ranveer: dont worry about your papa...bhai was a little surprised and was wondering y so I somehow convinced him after his questioning that lasted for 30 mins he said making akshara  smile a little
 
Akshara: thanks chachu   
 
Ranveer : anything for u girl  now come on let's go he said taking her bag.
 
Meanwhile Abhimanyu was shocked with what Tanya told him and sat down
 
Tanya: Abhimanyu u had to know this and I couldn't hide it for any longer..I know I should have told u this earlier on but Akshara had stopped me.
 
Abhimanyu: Akshara never said anything ...she always said that all this love thing is really annoying then how did she fall in love with....me he whispered the last bit
 
Tanya: love can't be controlled Abhimanyu it's just happens... maybe she had always loved u but started to realise when we both were together
 
Abhimanyu quickly took out his phone
 
Abhimanyu: hi I would like to book a ticket that goes to udaipur   please it's urgent ...................
..........Ok ...ok thank u
 
Tanya: what r u going to do ?
 
Abhimanyu: sort this out with Akshara and bring her back..my flight  is at 8pm I'm not risking it and wasting my time with train
 
Tanya smiled
 
Tanya: all the best...
 
Abhimanyu quickly ran to his room and packed his stuff and left to go to the airport
 
While Tanya went and told the others
 
In udaipur
 
Akshara and Ranveer  had reached home and as soon as she entered  She  was flooded with so many questions starting from kartik itself, followed by the rest
 
Kartik: akshu ranveer said you plan to get admission in a medical college over here? Y did you take such decision? Is everything ok over there? Is arohi, abhi and neil also planning to move back? Did anyone misbehave over there?
 
Naira: kartikk calm down and breath and let her breath too Besides nobody can misbehave with akshu as abhimanyu is there with her
 
Suhasini: toh phir y did akshu apply here?
 
Manish:: haan beta answer? Y did you decide to leave such a good college  like that? It was your dream to go there na?
 
Akhilesh:and what about your friends? Will you be able to adjust to a new college alone?
 
Surekha: stop and let akshara speak at least none of you are stopping with your question
 
But instead of allowing akshara to talk all randomly started arguing with each other
 
Akshara looked at her mad loving family and shook her head
 
Akshara : STOP....she shouted loudly
 
All stopped with their arguing and looked at akshara
 
Akshara: yaar I don't get one thing Ranveer  told u all as to y I'm leaving college and yet u all are asking me too many questions like he told you na the reason so y ask again
 
Naira : we know that bacha but Joining Delhi college was your biggest dream and also all your friends r there so that's y ...besides Delhi college has better teaching and learning  facilities then u still could stay there
 
Akshara: I know  maa but u know udaipur  college is also good and I can get more option in this college...
 
Swarna: I guess if Akshara has decided then we should respect her decision
 
Akshara sighed in relief and hugged swarna.
 
Akshara: now no more discussion about this and before you all ask about the rest I have told them they are sad but will be normal again she said
 
Sirat: take some rest I'll get food for you she said
 
Around 9:30pm Abhimanyu had reached home and his family were surprised to see him
 
Manjari: abhiii ...omg my abhi  is here she said walking to him and hugged him quickly
 
Mahima:  he is ours too  she said smiling and moved to him to give a hug
 
Abhimanyu smiled slightly and hugged his family
 
Manjari: hasnt neil come ?
 
Abhimanyu: no
 
Anand: but   how comes u came here all of a sudden?
 
Abhimanyu didn't want to tell the family anything so he Lied
 
Abhimanyu: I came to meet U guys...thought of spending some time with u all...
 
Harshvardan:that's a gd thing...and r u both going to make him stand here all night or let him come in...He said looking at mahima  and manjari
.
They finally made Abhimanyu sit and sat next to him
 
Abhimanyu: where are the rest?
 
Manjari:parth and shefali are working and Nishtha is sleeping
 
Abhi nodded while harsh and anand asking about his studies
 
Akshara was not able to sleep at night due to seen how sad all were especially Abhimanyu.
 
While Abhimanyu was not able to sleep due to what information Tanya told him and he was just waiting till its morning so he can go and talk to Akshara
 
Both were lost in their own thoughts and slowly fell asleep
 
Next day Abhimanyu left home early saying he is going to meet the goenka family
 
Around 9:00am he reached to the goenka house... all were sitting for breakfast.
 
Naira : Abhimanyu she said happily Seen him walk inside
 
Akshara who was coming downstairs lost in thoughts looked up to when Naira said Abhimanyu name
 
Her eyes widened a little to see him here all of a sudden
 
Abhimanyu greeted everyone while he looked at akshara to see her confused
 
Ranveer  looked at akshara and then at  Abhimanyu.
 
Kartik: Abhimanyu come and have breakfast with us
 
Sirat: haan after yours and Akshara fav breakfast is made come
 
Akhilesh : by the way Akshara u didn't tell us Abhimanyu was coming too ...nice way to surprise us ...Ranveer  u also kept it a secret that Abhimanyu came
 
Abhimanyu: actually I didn't tell anyone that I was coming even Akshara or Ranveer  chachu didn't know about it
 
Suhasini:: come now let's sit and have breakfast
 
All sat down while kartik made abhimanyu sit which was opposite akshara
 
Akshara in her head : how comes Abhimanyu came here all of a sudden?
 
While eating abhimanyu was looking at akshara now and then as he was interacting with kairav and vansh at the same time when they asked him something while akshara was finding his behaviour odd and was wondering as to y he came all of a sudden without telling
 
After breakfast finished all the elders got up to leave while kairav and vansh also left for work
 
Akshara: Abhimanyu how comes u came all of a sudden? Where r the rest? She asked him
 
Abhimanyu: relax akshu  let's go to your room first and everyone is still at the villa
 
Akshara: ughhh ok come she said getting up
 
Both reached to Akshara room
 
Abhimanyu sat down on Akshara bed and made her sit down
 
Abhimanyu: Akshara first of all u will have to be honest with me ok
 
Akshara: Abhimanyu come straight to the point
 
Abhimanyu: so the real reason for u to leave college was so that u can forget me because u love me right not because you wanted to be close to the family
 
Akshara looked at Abhimanyu shockingly
 
Akshara: u...u r mistaken
 
Abhimanyu: don't lie Tanya has told me everything
 
Akshara stayed quite and looked away
 
Abhimanyu: u consider me your best friend right ...Akshu we have been friends since childhood...we both have always shared everything with each other right ?...then please for our friendship sake please say something....u r leaving college because u love me  and U feel u will come between me and Tanya...that is what you feel na  ...so u think the best way to forget me is to leave college.....say something Akshara please if you have cared about pir friendship and if I mean anything to you then please say something please
 
Akshara looked at Abhimanyu
 
Akshara: haan
