Mansion: Clover's POV

It was a lovely day. Smaug was destroyed, and the world could rest easy. Or so I thought. Because even after destroying the evil dragon, Garath was acting strange. He has been distant from me, Braedey and the girls lately. He seemed uneasy about something. I found him meditating by the waterfall in the Zen garden.

"まだ終わっていません. 悪魔がやって来て、戦争が始まります." He said.

"What did he just say?" Alex asked.

"I don't know. I don't speak Japanese." Braedey answered.

"That means: It's not over yet. The devil will come, and the war will begin." Garath replied.

"War?" I asked.

"Yes. Thousands of years ago, a war between mankind and the demons of Hell ravaged the Earth. Humanity won after the devil was chained in the darkest pits of Hell by two of my ancestors: Dante and his brother Vergil. Their weapons were lost for centuries, but my parents discovered them back when I was only 6 years old. They trained me in the arts of personal combat and sword fighting. On my 17th birthday, they passed Dante and Vergil's weapons onto me. There is a prophecy that says Satan will break free, and the war between mankind and the demons will start again. Only the combined powers of the Rebellion and Yamato can stop him." Garath answered.

"Oh, that sounds bad." Sam replied.

"Not as bad as you think. I did some research and I found that the devil can be killed. Once he dies, his minions will cease to exist. Mushu, Satoko and Ein are not strong enough to so much as hurt him, but I know someone who is. There is actually another spirit within me. But instead of a minion, he is an ally that I can call upon in times of great need. When I summon him, I turn into the exact same creature that this particular spirit came from. With our combined strength, we can destroy the devil for good." Garath said.

"You mean that you have a second soul? One that triggers a physical transformation, and yet your memory remains in tact?" I asked.

"Yes. He was an ancient god who protected the Earth for millions of years. On the day that Dante and Vergil chained the devil up, this particular deity helped turn the tide of the war in favor of humanity. His name is ゴジラ." Garath answered.

"Who's ゴジラ?" Alex asked.

"He was an ancient being who protected the Earth from demons for millions of years. His powers are legendary. Every demon in Hell fears him. The people of Japan call him ゴジラ. But we Americans refer to him as, Godzilla." Garath answered.

*My POV*

Clover and the others were surprised when I mentioned Godzilla's name. It seemed as if they've heard of him.

"You're saying that the soul of Godzilla dwells within you?" Braedey asked.

"Yes. One day while I was on a vacation in Japan, I stumbled upon Godzilla's resting place where I came in contact with his spirit. He said that the world would always require his protection. But he couldn't accomplish such a feat in death. So he needed a vessel for his soul to inhabit. But the person would need to have a pure heart and deep sense of compassion. He was killed by the Japanese military during a time when he was under the control of angry and restless souls from World War 2. Ever since then, Godzilla has been waiting for a chance to atone for the sins he committed before his demise. Since I have a pure heart and deep sense of compassion, I was a worthy vessel for Godzilla to inhabit. When he possessed me, I gained the power of transforming into his exact image by summoning him. And just as well, I gained superhuman levels of physical strength, endurance, Pyrokinesis, and even immortality." I explained.
