~•{Chapter #17}•~

Start from the beginning

Serephina extended her palms that merged with the bubble of Eir and Mordana. The three women looked at each other with a weak smile, masking their havocing neurons.

Astral abjuration!, Galene gasped.

"I'm convinced but what about their parents? We need their acceptance."

"Ah! If I'm allowed let me cue that-" her trembling lips pressed in pain. "Ugh! Sorry." She cleared her throat. "I'm an orphan which bestows that my will is the final. As a tribute to the land that had grown me, I avow to this obligation." Her black lashes stuck together to choke her tears.

If not for Hugh's firm grip, Aaron wouldn't stay settled. He exhaled sharp, trying to vent the aches his provoking his system. Realising the threshold in fractions, Galene caught its grip.

"I'm sorry, Mordana." She neared her to bundle her.

"Wait! Let me receed the abjuration." With his words, the aural glow evaporated into thin air. Galene let her arms ease her and stroked her back to calm her down.

"My father is not tough. He is a Narngonian and hence I can affirm that he would give in."

"And your mother?" Azarious's words made her jaw revolt.

"Sir she died giving birth to me. She was a human and I was such a burden to her kind heart." Serephina kept her calm while her fingers kneaded each other.

"Lords be merciful!" Galene shifted her place between the two and held their palms as some drips of tears flew past her carmine cheeks.

"Kenna, we need your word." Azarious turned to her.

"I avow and that concludes it all. Partly I'm an orphan too. Even if not born but fated to be." Eir spat her words with no regret.

Kenna clasped her lids, clenching her jaws. She then raised her right palm with her last finger left unfisted. She then folded it, giving her acceptance. Her face was pale and bland, "If Fritzen was alive he would have chosen her will." Her words made Eir repulsive but she bit her lips until her tongue tasted metallic.

"That means it is sorted but how about the dearly protectors?" Valerie patted her neck, wrist and thumb.

Mordana fondled her ring with a simpler and conjured,

"Rofe tryft likktle sagier compliyt?"
(Does the little sage comply?)

But there came no sign. Neither of acceptance, nor denial. She looked at Serephina and Eir in mad dismay. They both puzzled their peers but they too were left unanswered.

"Strange! What now?" Ragnor tossed his shooting glares at his father who was already lost deep in thoughts. Waves of upsetting pursuit filled every breath.

"Oh wait! I know what it is." Serephina knotted her fingers together making the girls unleash some chuckles.

Together the trio caressed their emblem and conjured,

"Rofe tryft likktle sagiere zum compliyt?"
(Does the little sages comply together?)

Their howls and scowls of astounding decibels clattered between the worlds, blooming the ecstatic elan in every lip.
