"I think like the salty one there can be two sides to other taste triggers too."
"Mhmm. Maybe. Hey, listen. This speaks of two aurae around them. Let me read.
The aural beams amass two weathers,
The frosty cold and the pungent cankers.
The winters are raw but least do they harm,
The twisted summers shower..."
"Shower what?" Serephina inclined her eyes to the pages and found that the words were too faded enough to be read.
"Weirdly odd! They say the coldness is their steady-state." Grumpy bursts of laughter followed her slimy statement. "Lords! That was one irate joke after my two sleepless days!"
"Mora! Don't jump to conclusions. Ancient magic was very vibrant. They were great predictors of future."
"In that sense have they predicted this incident of Earth?" Her quest made curious waves flutter in their heart.
"Maybe. I ain't glanced through the diary of future fates." She protruded her lower lip taut.
"Yeah you are- Hey hey! Your father is the proprietor of the ancient texts right? Could you get some help from him?" Mordana squeezed her arms with her narrowed black eyes.
"Am I your lucky ducky now?" She threw her pointers towards her chin.
"Why would you risk my life for someone who keeps romantic secrets from us?" Mordana tilted her ears towards the husky tone.
"Rightly said, Eir! Thankfully you have come at the right time."
"I'm always a sage of timing. I know when to stir and rest." She huffed while flipping her drying locks over her buttoned maroon cardigan.
'Says the one who had bartered a dark golden friendship caching the ominous harms.' Her sudden thought made the other woman change colours.
After eerie odds, Serephina cut her glares. 'Never bring that up again. No tit for tat or else we end up sued in this maze of-'
"Ahem! Ahem! Girls, can we borrow some time?" A loud voice interjected her.
"Aha, there arrives the prince charm to save his love." With a coy tone, Serephina held the doorknob. When she turned around she saw Mordana tidy up the stuffy table in a swish.
'The princess is getting ready.' Eir's thought made Serephina chuckle.
Caring them not, Mordana tied the loose knots on her swirl cloth belt that fastened her purple satin trapezoid robe. The moment she pulled the knots tight she could hear the screech of the door revealing two half shadowed faces from the other side. In a moment she let her tongue bump the edges of her chin at the side of Eir.
"Ow! Hullo. Didn't expect you two would be here." Serephina strutted as her eyes shifted in a hurry to read between their trying to be calm demeanour.
"Yes, we are here to get you three to the hall. Mom wants us there." Hugh blurted out quick.
"Is there a summon?" Serephina lifted her bothered eyes. The two men nodded.
She gestured them to come along and followed the almost running boys. The coiling floors made them take little gaps to turn and in a matter of few minutes, they entered the cerulean aquatic hall, blazing with the glints of electric sinag from the needle hole set in its conventional setup.
"Sit over there. Let the codes connect." Galene's furrowed brows and narrowed eyes gave them a wordless warning.
The girls and guys took their places in the curved pearl Bridgewater settee. Through the veining beams emerged the glaring sphere that eventually formed the mirroring projection in the moving waters, distancing the swimming life from the glasses encompassing them.
