The bell rang above the door to Pop's which signalled that someone had entered. Alice sat by a table and quickly turned around to see if it was the person she was waiting for.

And to her surprise it was. She stood up from her seat, walked over to Hermione and hugged her.

"Gosh I've missed you." Hermione said as she wrapped her arms around her friend. They haven't seen each other since the whole farm thing happened.

It was like they slid apart from each other, they went separate ways and kind of became strangers, but somehow not.

It was Alice's idea to invite Hermione to Pop's, she really needed someone to talk to right now and she was the only person she could think of.

They released from the hug, Hermione took off her jacket and laid it on the side of the booth. They both took a seat across from each other.

"So how are you doing?" Hermione asked as she placed her hands on the table, looked Alice in the eyes.

Alice sighed a little. "I guess I'm fine... I'm trying to get better." She admitted, put her hands on the table as well.

"Betty talked me into start therapy so I go there a few times a week." She said, Hermione nodded sweetly.

"That's good, I can see you're getting there. I know it takes time but you'll feel better soon." She assured her, Alice smiled a little.

"Well um I was wondering a little bit about the town..." Alice said after a few seconds of silence, Hermione raised her eyebrow while she looked at her friend to continue.

"I assume a lot of things must've happened since I was gone, there's gotta be some gossip about the town's people." She continued, chuckled a little while she looked at her friend.

"Girl you've missed a lot." Hermione chuckled, shook her head a little while she looked her in the eyes.

"But yeah sure I can give you some gossip like old times sake." She smiled, Alice giggled a little before she smiled again.

"Well you know the new case with tapes have been coming to Riverdale." Hermione sighed, gave her a look of disappointment.

"Yeah I know, Charles told me." Alice sighed, gave her a weak smile.

Hermione nodded a little, she thought for a couple of seconds. "Umm... I'm not sure if you know this, I don't even know if I should say it." She hesitated.

"Spill I wanna know!" Alice said eagerly. Not having any clue about what she was going to say.

Hermione whined a little, she wasn't supposed to say this. She wasn't even sure if he'd told her yet, she didn't want to be the one who's telling her.

"What's wrong? Is it a bad thing?" Alice questioned, gave her a confused look. "Did he tell you?" Hermione asked hesitant.

"Tell me what? Who?" Alice asked, she had no clue about what was going on. She used to read her best friend like a book, but now it was impossible.

"Hermione you're scaring me, is it about me?" She asked worriedly, maybe she wasn't supposed to know this.

"Look, I don't want to be the one telling you. It's not about me or you." Hermione said softly, looked Alice in the eyes.

"Then who's it about?" Alice asked confused, clearly wanting to know what the whole thing was about. The more time that went the more eager and curious she got, she had to know.

"FP..." Hermione said quietly, looked her in the eyes with a worried look.

"What about him? Did he do something?" Alice questioned, she wasn't expecting him. Hermione nodded, looked down on the table.
