Hurrying into a room jungkook quickly washed himself up, not wanting y/n to see him covered in blood when he go to her.
He sighed, wiping himself off after he was done as he walked to the room without speaking anything.
He was too quiet, and so was the room. He found her sitting in the balcony reading one of her books as he quickly changed his clothes and walked to her.
He caressed her head before speaking, "Did you eat?"
She quickly stood up as she felt his presence behind him and replied him with a nod, "Yes. Thank you for everything.. Do you want to eat now?" She asked him with a small smile making jungkook to feel some sort of discomfort in his heart.
"I'll eat later." He spoke, pecking her head lightly as she stood small in front of him, "What were you doing?" He asked her as she looked down at the book.
"I was reading that book." She answered him softly as he nodded his head.
"Is something wrong? Are you perhaps stressed because of work?" She questioned him since his disturbed behaviour was clear to y/n.
"No. It's all okay." He smiled at her faintly as she nodded and smiled back.
"Jungkook ssi.." She spoke looking down as she sighed, trying not to let her weak side get the best of her as she speak.
"Hm?" He spoke as he looked outside the balcony, enjoying the view his wife had been enjoying before.
"Im.. Sorry, I'll pay back the amount you had to spend while you bought me." She spoke making jungkook to look her confusingly.
"What are you talking about? Are you telling me to leave you?" He asked her as she shook her head slightly.
"I just meant to say that I'll slowly pay you back the amount you gave to my family, I'm not asking you to divorce me. My family doesn't deserve you wasting your money for them, i'll somehow pay you back.." She spoke looking down as tears prickled in her eyes but she quickly blinked them away.
Jungkook turned to her as he placed his index finger under her chin and pulled her face up to look at her in the eyes.
"I didn't waste my money on them. I used it for you." He spoke, "You don't have to pay me back. It was my own choice." He explained as she looked away from him.
"You shouldn't have done that... I'm sorry you had to be embarrassed because of me that day.. If only I hadn't force you, we would still have jeongshik and you wouldn't have to get embarrassed because of me." She spoke, her voice coming out as a whisper as the moonlight fell on her face making jungkook to caress her cheeks softly.
"It had to be like this y/n. Don't blame yourself for anything. I'm not embarrassed. Moreover I'm glad at least you got to meet your sister for the last time." he spoke as she closed her eyes and looked down once again, jungkook understood that she wanted to cry as he sighed softly placing her head his chest as she let him do everything.
"I'm still sorry. I am nothing but a waste for everyone. You must have been disappointed by me when you married me. Im not able to reach your expectations. You deserve to marry someone stronger, beautiful and worthy." She spoke shakily, as she bit her lip not wanting to break down.
Jungkook felt a pang in his heart as he heard her because at one time he did wished he never married her, "why would I marry you if I were disappointed. I didn't bought you as a object, muffin." He spoke caressing her head as he wished she would cry and let it out.
It was hurting him to see her hold back. He was worried it'd be worse if she bottled everything in.
"I never saw you as someone I bought. You have always been my wife for me and everyone." He assured as he felt wetness on his shirt indicating she had teared up, "Please believe me."
