Bianca's pov:
Nadatnan ko sina tita Ayumi at mga kaibigan namin sa labas ng isang room. They are crying. Hindi pa man ako nakaka lapit ay kita at rinig ko na ang bawat hagulgol nila. Vennise is comforting Reyn na humahagulgol dito sa may bench sa gilid. Ash is comforting Yumi's mom na nakatayo sa tapat ng room. Hinahagod niya ang likod ni tita na nanghihinang nakasandal paharap sa may kaunting glass pane.
Tumakbo-lakad ako palapit sa kinaroroonan nila.
Kinakabahan na ako sa mga nangyayari.
"Benis, Reyn" nababahalang tawag ko sa kanila.
Tumayo si benis nang makita ako, si reyn ay tumingala lang na namamaga at basa ang mga mata.
"B-"
"Si meng?"
Hahawakan sana ni Benis ang braso ko kaso nilagpasan ko siya at tumungo ako kay tita.
"Tita!?"
Tinignan nya lang ako na patuloy paring umiiyak.
Wala akong narinig niisang salita mula sa kanila pero alam ko, nararamdaman ko na may hindi magandang nangyayari dito.
Tuluyan akong lumapit kay tita para sumilip sa glass pane...
There I saw Yumi na nag-aagaw buhay. A monitor is showing a straight line but a doctor and nurses are trying to revive her with the use of defibrillator.
My world stopped for minutes.
I touch the glass pane. I'm silently praying and shouting out her name to wake her up kahit hindi niya marinig.
Reyn' pov:
Ito na nga ang pinaka-kinakatakutan ko.
I know there is a bigger chance na mabubuhay si Yumi kung lalaban siya, but this is what she's been waiting for, an accident or any incident that would end up her life.
The last time we talked..
"Reyn kung hindi lang kasalanan na tapusin ang sariling buhay, siguro matagal ko nang tinapos itong akin. Pero mali eh. I'm so done with all the sh*t of this life pero hindi ko gagawin sa sarili ko yung binabalak ko. Maybe I'll just wait for someone to do it for me.. Hays asan ba kase si kamatayan? Bakit hindi nagpapakita sa akin!? Ako na mismo ang magmamakaawa sa kanya"
That's what she exactly said. She's been waiting for this and I'm afraid she'll take the chance.
Last night, I planned on visiting her dahil hindi niya sinasagot ang mga tawag and texts ko. I know she's drowning her self na naman kapag ganun na hindi siya sumasagot sa akin.
On my way to her, an ambulance farsely passed through my car.
In a distance, I saw where the ambulance stopped. I saw a car din na naka bangga sa malaking puno. The car looks familiar kaya I stepped on the break allowing my car to move slowly.
Nagbukas ang pinto ng naaksidenting kotse at may lumabas na babae. I fully stop my car in a sudden nang maaninag ko ang babaing bumagsak sa lupa.
My bestfriend...
I quickly exited on my car and ran towards her
"Yumiii!" I cry while running.
Bago pa man ako makalapit ay tuluyan nang bumagsak ang kanyang katawan kasabay sa dumadaloy na dugo mula sa kanyang ulo.

She was under observation for the whole night until this emergency happened. Biglaan nalang tumunog ang monitor and started to show a straight line kaya napasugod ang doctor and nurses dito sa room niya.
If ever Yumi decided to depart, or if it's already her time given to depart, I don't know what to do anymore. I'll be losing my very best friend, my sister.

I tried to stop myself from crying when I heard Bianca's cry. I stand to get to her. Tinulungan ko si Benis na pakalmahin si Bianca dahil patuloy na ito sa pag iyak. I look at the inside of the room and the doctor and nurses are still trying their best to revive Yumi.
"Yumi!!!"
"Meng! Gumising ka!"
"Lumaban ka!"
"Anak wag mo iwan si mommy"
"Yumiii!"
"Meng!!!"
We all cried
"Meng, please wake up! Hindi pa naman ako pagod sa pakikinig sa mga reklamo mo sa buhay. I'm still willing to listen to you kahit 24/7 ka pang magdaldal sa akin! Just please! Wake up!" I said in silence na ako lang makarinig.
Third person's pov:
"Time of death.. 3:05 pm" said the doctor.
They all got frozen hearing those words.
Few moments of processing what's being said...
Reyn left her mouth agape and wide eyed, still processing what she had heard.
Vennise tweak her hair in disgust.
Ash tightly closed her eyes and looked up, trying her best to stop the tears in dropping.
Bianca smeared on her face in disbelief. She's losing her strength. She's slowly kneeling while covering her face with both of her hands.
Yumi's mom is silently shouting in pain. Holding her heart with her right hand and touching the glass pane with the other hand as if feeling the presence of her precious daughter.
"Yumiiiiii!!! Huhuhuhuh" Bianca cried out loud while sobbing. Naka upo na ito sa sahig at napapasabunot sa sariling buhok.

On the other side, Yumi awoke in an un-recognizable place. A wide-large space where there is nothing but Yumi herself. The place is covered with lightness of something she cannot describe.
Wandering around the empty place, she saw an open door from where most of the light is coming from.
Yumi is slowly getting near the door. Careful not to be caught of whoever or whatever there is on the other side of the room.
