Salems Counter Offensive

Ruby was walking past the landing zone where the Balls were set up.

"How many of these do you have?" Ruby asked

"142 exaclty, but there weapons may lack the firepower needed to damage the Neo Zeong so I was thinking they would keep it busy while you look for a weak spot " Winter Replied

"You mean use them as decoys" Ruby asked

The general of the balls showed up and saluted then, tough tall latino with a face that shows he was serious.

"Its alright my men came here prepared to do what needs to be done" General Rouge said

"As for group forces we have couple dozen reserves and 3 local militia groups, light armor and no tanks" Winter said

Ruby was looking how hopelessly outgunned they were, but she had faith and an idea.

"Thats plenty, I have an idea it's a long shot but it just might work" Ruby said

Smiling putting on her new normal suit.

"Whats the plan?" Winter asked

"Thought I would give salem some space" Ruby said winking

Crews scrambled to there balls, Winter went inside a civilian airship that was lightly armed.

Ruby climb up to the cock pit of the Unicorn, everyone stopped and looked at her as they thought she was going to give a speech.

Ruby looked down in Her red and black skin tight normal suit and was nervous, she blushed but grabbed the speaker that was also connected to the radios amd civilian radios.

"We have fought a long and hard to get where we are, thousands of years of war, hardships and death, we lost loved ones and family.....but not anymore....today is the day we stop the blood and the violence after today every evil soul on remnant will remember the day humanity defeated the strongest entity in the history of world....today we stop evil.....evil has pushed us after today we will be the ones doing the pushing and take back our world" Ruby said

The troops cheered and Winter smiled. Ruby got into the cock pit, typing in and activated Unicorn. Others stepped into the balls and took off with Ruby. She looked at the weapon load out, sheilds, beam repeater rifles, missiles, bazooka, amd 2 boosters on her back.

Meanwhile.....

Salem could see Atlas and the blue beam shield covering it. She raised her hands.

"Just in range" she said smiling

Her mega particle cannons charged and she fired, the beams hit the shield shaking the entire place. The beams stopped and she saw the shield was still up. She grunted.

"Looks like I have to get closer" she said

Inside Atlas control everyone was knocked down and got back up.

"Damage report" Captain Nek acting commander of Atlas defense

"No damage our shields are holding at 23 percent" Private Grove said

"God damnit commander Rose we need assistance now!!!" Captain Nek shouted

Salem moved closer slowly, she heard tapping noises and looked down to see militia and some troops using small arms and light artillery just bounced off the armor, she laughed and ignored them.

Then Blue beams hit the neo zeong, dozens of shots hit it. Salem looked up and from the clouds Unicorn gundam and the balls arrived they are started to shoot the massive mobile suit.
