I slowly undressed getting ready to put on pajamas, I stood in my bra and underwear and felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. Bucky began to kiss the crease of my neck.
"I know what your doing" I said closing my eyes
"And what's that doll?" He responded
"Your trying to calm me down."
"Neck kisses are your weaknesses."
"Damn you Barnes, I'm trying to plan our next move in my head but it's hard to focus when you-"
I took a deep breath which caused him to chuckle
"Just trying to keep you from stressing beautiful." He whispered
"I'm surprised your not anxious" I said at a normal volume, "this stuff normally gets to you"
He flipped me around so that we faced each other
"I am worried, I don't think this guy has a chance against us but, he's here under the same roof as us, with you. I don't like it." His eyes looked deep into mine as he spoke
I took a deep breath again
"You think this guys legit?" I asked
"My gut tells me no but-"
"But your gut is always on protective mode" I raised my hand to his cheek and he gently kissed my hand.
"What do you think doll?"
"if I somehow lost you, and years later you came back to me, the first thing I'd want to do is welcome you back with open arms, what does that sound like to you?"
"Eagerness. Vulnerability. Finding the broken part of you and offering a solution."
"And?"
"The solution could be taken away again and be used to kill."
"And Wanda, she's one of our most powerful members, if someone's planning of hitting us she's the spot to hit."
"Your right."
"I'm always right."
"Oh how could I forget." He smirked
I reached for my t-shirt
"Oh don't bother," he said
"With what?"
"Clothes."
He smirked and began kissing me.
