Wanda pov
I went across the hall to Ara's room. Her door was slightly opened. I was about to push it open when I heard the elevator ding. I tilted my head in confusion. Then I saw Loki and Ara walk out.

I asked Loki where they were telepathically he said he was teaching her magic in an old library she found.

Ara walked towards me waving and quietly asked "Whatcha doing?"

"I want to know your story, the truth." I whispered back.

Numbness crossed her face. She opened her door letting me in. I closed the door behind me. She sat down on her bed she looked down at the floor taking a deep breath and then looking up at me.

"When I was 7, I was kidnapped by Hydra. For 1 year I was tortured and experimented on. Then I got my powers, I can create stuff and make them go away by bending atoms. They trained me to be a killer. They wiped my memories and turned me into the 'Atomic Soldier', before that I was 472. They sent me on missions to kill their enemies. After 4 years they took me to my home. To see my family," she took a deep shakey breath then continued, "Then they killed them. I had to watch it. I was angry and beyond sad, so I used my power and killed the agents, wiping them out of existence. I called the police and I ran. Mowing lawns and painting houses, stuff like that to get money to live. All while Child Services were chasing me down. Then I got captured and here we are." She says finishing.

"I'm, I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. I can try to help you through it. Maybe tell Bucky and he could help too, since hes been through it too,"I said fast," But it's fine if you dont want to. I completely understand." I finish with a sympathetic smile.

She hesitates before saying in a small voice," I dont know. I havent had anyone to help me through it before."

She looked like she needed a hug. So I pulled her in and hugged her. She melted into the hug wrapping her arms around me too. We sat in a hug for a few minutes before she pulled away.

"Thank you, Wanda. You're a very kind person. If you think it would be a good idea to tell Bucky I would be ok with it. But no one else. I dont want Tony freaking out." She says.

"Ok I'll talk to him later. And dont worry I wont tell Tony." I say with a smile.

I walk out of Aras room feeling confused, and sad. 'Why would Hydra experiment on children? Why her? No one should go have to go through that, no one.' I would tell Bucky in the morning to see if he could help.
