She sat there,all decked up,ready to meet her newly in-laws who didn't gave a damn to her existence. "Mom is calling you downstairs"reyansh said entering their room She was about to leave the room but when his voice echoed in the room,her steps came to a halt. "Can we talk after that?" He said "Huh?after what?" She said innocently "After we come back here" he replied "Oh yeah"
"Oh,here comes my daughter-in-law.his mother said sarcastically indicating that she is late and she has not so good impression on her mother-in-law, the very first day in this place " sorry mom.actually it's because of me.I was-" "Not that we were waiting" his sister replied "Since you guys showed up can we have breakfast now?" She continued
They all started heading towards the dining table,as they were about to sit,her mother-in-law interrupted. "Nishtha..why are you sitting?she asked the girl who was already nervous as hell. " s-s-sorry I didn't get it"she stuttered "Wow..don't you know that you're not supposed to eat anything before your in-laws? Her sister-in-law scoffed " n-no I didn't knew about this" she got up and immediately stood beside her husband
Flashback: "Mom,I'm not going anywhere i've exams next week" she whined "Nishtha how will you cope up with the outside world when you won't interact with anyone?" Her mom asked "Mom.I'm not interested in the outside world,neither I want to go to that boring wedding.I don't know why someone needs to marry when they can themselves enjoy their life alone" she said wondering "You'll get to know when you'll be married" her mom laughed "Mom" she rolled her eyes "I'm not marrying until I build up my career so of course it's not happening for the next ten years.and by the way i'm too young for this.so this marriage is out of syllable for me" she said angrily "No one is going to do anything without your consent dear" her mother assured her. Tears rolled down her eyes as she remembered the conversation she had with her mother that day.her heart wrenched at the thought that her mom actually cared for her once and now she's the one who's letting this all happening. She hurriedly rushed towards the food but got stopped when someone held her wrist from behind.she turned back only to find that it's none other than reyansh "Enough.I don't believe in all this nonsense neither she is going to do any of that".he said " she is not a servant here"he eyed towards her and pulled a chair for her.she quietly sat and did what she told to.
