WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE ?

CHAPTER 39

recap: naira tells about mr. dixit 

the chapter starts with abir telling kartik his realisation for mishti;

"bhai actually there was a fire at our place that time i had this picture which was really special everyone was running here and there but she went and got the picture risking her life ",said abir

"yeah and even he wrote a shayari for that moment isn't it?",said naira to while abir nodded;

"Kitni haseen yeh raat hai...Tum bhi khoye main bhi khoya... Aaj main hi asmaan hoon... Ki godh mein hai chaand soya.."

Dard Tha Mere Hisse ka, Dard se Lekin woh gujri,
Mere Khatir Ek Ladki, Aag ke Dariya mein Utri
Dil ne kab ka bheja tha, Aab jake humein paigaam Mila,
Benaam thi Uljhan Sene Mein, Aab jake Usse Naam Mila
Paigaam Ishq, Woh Naam Ishq,
Mera Zeher Ishq, Mera Jaam ishq,
Mein Ab tak na kisi Kaam ka tha,
Hain Abse mera kaam ISHQ",said abir to which kartik had tears in his eyes which was noticed by naira but she shushed up and thought to ask him the reason upstairs ;

"bohot zyada achhi shayari hain ",said kaira and vedika 

"pyaar ke liye likhi hain acchi toh hogi na ",said abir looking towards mishti while she blushes;

"chalo ab so jaate hain bohot late ho gaya",said naira to which everyone nodded;

"bff apke room mein air conditioner nahi chal raha aap manage kar longe na",said mishti teasing him;

"mere room mein can't i sleep.",said kartik but stopped realising that mishti was teasing him ;

"bilkul nahi i will manage ",said kartik while naira laughed silently;

"bas bhi karo tum dono ab",said naira while everyone went to the room in front of naira's room kartik stopped naira startling her;

"naira it completely depends on you if you want i can sleep in another room also i get it 5 years is a long gap you may not be comfor..",said kartik but was interrupted by naira who put her hand on her mouth enabling him to speak further;

"kitni tar tar karte hona tum mendak i am dying to wake up beside you after 5 long years and here you are 'mein doosre room mein so jaata hoon' (mimicking him)",said naira

"accha baba sorry",said kartik

"yeah and you should be kartik if i wouldn't trust you then i wouldn't have forgiven you na ",said naira to which kartik nodded 

"and why did you had tears in your eyes downstairs haan?",said naira

"you noticed?",said kartik

"aisi koi cheez nahi hain jo naira apne kartik ki dekhe na",said naira while kartik just hugged her;

"kartik tum theek hona?",asked naira

"haan naira actually i am perfect you are with me na toh mujhe kya hoga",said kartik

"chalo andar it was a long dayy",said naira

"it indeed was",said kartik 

while inside their room naira was on a call with one of the patients while kartik was busy in his thoughts. after naira hunged up the call only to find kartik in a deep thought she snapped in front of him and sat beside him;

"kartik kya hua where are you lost?",said naira 

"kuch nahi naira actually tumse ek baa kahoon tumhein bura toh nahi lagega?",said kartik

"mujhe kyun bura lagega kartik it will be for my good only i know",said naira 

"naira don't you think mr. dixit bhi apne point par sahi hain?",said kartik while naira gave it a thought ;

"i dont know kartik kuch samjh nahi aa raha itna sab kuch ho gaya aur ab job why everything happens with me only ?",said naira

"nahi naira its just fate dekho mr. dixit is concerned for his mother deep down and i think that's why he took the step of offering you money",said kartik 

"i don't know kartik leave this we will discuss it tomorrow ",said naira while the phone rang up and to see the caller id it was kairav while kartik and naira shared a nervous eyelock naira drifted away from kartik as it was a video call and kartik picked the call up;

while kairav wanted kartik to be with him he was missing them although everyone had consoled him  but not having naira also there it was hard there was a point where he started to miss her but then evil thoughts that mitali had filled her up with just came into him ;

while naira who could hear kairav's voice and see him a little had tears brooming silently as for her it was the first time she is away from the son for so long and the fact that he hated her brutually killed her every second ;

she had already lost his two daughters she couldn't afford to loose kairav as wel because it was only her who knew how she handled when she got to know the demise of their second daughter ;

while kartik assured kairav he will be there to udaipur in 2 days , he promised yes guys! kartik had this thought in his mind that he will get kairav in goa for a few days telling him it is a trip and will make him see naira coincidently to which kairav will miss her ;

the call was hunged up with kaira deciding the plan how they will remove kairav's hatred for naira while naira who was tensed got a hug from kartik which brushed away her stress and the duo slept with each other in their arms after a gap of five long years .
