There was a long pause. Both of us didn't utter a word.

I broke the silence.

"What's your name?" I asked.

Pause. Guess he didn't hear me.

"Noah?" He said. "You?"

"Kayla." I replied.

Noah. I heard it somewhere. Is he my....

"Noah Williams?" I asked.

Pause.

"How do you-" he started, I didn't let him finish.

"Did you have any dreams? Wooden floors and familiar faces? Silhouettes of a few people? A sign? Anything?" I asked him.

Pause.

"Yes. Wooden floors. A sign. Silhouettes of a few people. 3 are female and 2 are male." he said.

Friends.

"Friends." We both said at the same time.

He mentioned the sign.

"Could you make out anything from the sign?" I asked him.

I feel like that small sign has all the answers for getting out of this place.

"No. I couldn't. When I try to go closer I wake up." He said.

He gets the same thing- as his dreams, just like me.

"Is there any number burned into your flesh?" I asked.

Pause.

No answer.

"Oh my god. Yes. A number 6 is burned into my flesh on my shoulder. Left." he said.

5. 6.

Silhouettes.

I saw 2 females and 3 males, including me....

Where are we? Where are my other friends?

"Did you try opening the door?" I asked him.

"I did. It didn't budge." he said.

Right then, I heard a click. I turned around.

Open door.
