"Hello?" said a voice.

It's not real, it's not real. These are hallucinations too.

"Can somebody hear me?" said the same voice.

It was deep. A male.

It's not true, these are the same hallucinations. I'm all alone. No one is there.

I don't know how much time has passed. Days? Weeks? Months?

No. No, I can't be stuck here....

Breathe, Kayla. Focus. Deep breathes.

"Please. I need help. I'm-I'm stuck in this wooden room. I don't know how long I was here but it feels like forever." said the same voice and at that I lifted my head and rubbed my teary eyes.

Wooden room. Feels like forever.

Friends.

I quickly got up and hurried towards the telephone. Thankfully I didn't throw it with much force. I was still intact.

I picked up the telephone.

"Hello?" I said.

Pause.

"You can hear me?" said the same male voice.

"Yes." I whispered.

"Please get me some help. I'm stuck here. I don't know how, but please send some help." he said.

"I-I can't." I said into the telephone.

"WHY? WHY CAN'T YOU?" he shouted on the other side.

I flinched but composed myself.

"Because I'm stuck in a wooden room too." I said.
