We were together
Were we?
I was not more than a mere friend
A common one
The one that didn't matter much to you
But I always expected something more

Nor could I tell you that I hated the way you treat me
But that innocent smile on your face told me that there was some part of you that still remembered me
But your actions always told me otherwise
I often wondered where did I go wrong
I lost my friend
My queen , You would treat me as ur king
But sometimes worse than a pauper
I had this so long in my heart
How could I tell you what range of emotions you made me feel
You always knew
Somehow , somewhere you could read me like a book
A book you didn't like much
But that never affected you
