Nerd with No Limits

Chapter 5

She jumped out of my lap and started her round circles. Where as I was removing cheese of my slice. Poor me.

Bruno came from no where, and start licking me.

"No Bruno. Bad Boy." I said still it licked my face. Finally I decided  give him slice, before it could jump anymore.

"Bunoooo... Comeeee" Rosie said all lovey-dovey before pulling Bruno's tail. Poor Bruno tried to wiggle his tail from her grip, but she just tightened more.

I couldn't  but laugh at my Idiots. I took another slice from box, when Rosie was at my dressing table.

She took a comb and started combing Bruno. I laughed more  as she made Bruno her Barbie doll
By the time I finished my pizza, I took Rosie and Bruno to the kitchen.

Mom was no where to be seen. I lifted Rosie and put Rosie at kitchen counted. I washed my hands and wiped ketchup off Rosie's mouth. I bet she doesn't like cleaning herself.

"Since Ro is such a good girl and brought si si a pizza, I'll give you co-co." Rosie again started shaking in delight.

Without wasting time I opened the jar or Nutella and took some in bowl for me. As for Rosie I gave her some molten chocolate in bowl. Bruno looked me with puppy eyes, so I gave it it's treat.

Rosie continued to be Rosie as she ate carelessly spreading all chocolate on her mouth, and I was just lost in world of Nutella. We were watching her favourite cartoon Looney Tunes. After some minutes of harassing Bruno Rosie drifted to sleep.

Hahah. I love to watch her sleeping. But the chocolate wasn't helping on her mouth, so I cleaned her face and her small fingers. I tucked her to bed and gave small kiss on her cheek.

I turned off the t.v and Bruno went to his room. I was waiting for Mom to show up but she never did. It was 9 clock and I yawned. Since no one was home, I locked the door and again slept next to Rosie.

Next morning I woke early. Rosie was perfectly sleeping with her teddy bear. I looked over at phone, ugh 7am.

Mom will praise me to wake early on Sunday.

I brushed my teeth and went for quick shower. I wore my tank-top and gym shorts pulling my hair into high-pony tail. I woke my running shoes, and once again checked on Rosie. She was fast asleep.

"Come Bruno..." I whispered lightly.
 
I exited the house jogging towards the park. As much I was enjoying, Bruno was too. I took the fresh air and waved hands to the regular joggers. Going on walk or jog in early morning is very essential for humans.

I jogged for half an hour, until park came to sight and I let Bruno play on his own. I went to the park, and there was this small lake. I fed the ducklings with bread, and just took a seat to near by park-bench. Sun was still rising, but the colors collided.

I loved the view.

"Enchanting isn't it?" Someone spoke beside me.

"Yes sire it truly is." I spoke to man to who looked 40 above.

"I haven't seen you in while. Have a good day lady." And he jogged off.

You know best part of early mornings is that you get to talk to new faces and just random wish from them also adds a cheerful smile to you. I was missing my grandpa, he left me very soon.

After some minutes I did my yoga exercise and worked on my breathing. Its like mom had habbited me to do breathing exercises in morning and it really works.

I got up to fetch Bruno. He was no where to be seen.

"Brunoooooo... Where are you? Brunooooo." I yelled through the park. People are looking like I've lost my brains that's for sure.

I finally saw Bruno licking a man's hand. Ewww, it does it every now and then. 

''Im sorry for inconvenice Sir, it does it every now and then.'' 'Bruno..' I give it angry look, poor creature comes to me.

''AH! We meet again lady. And you have lovely pet there.'' Bruno again goes to that man, and he pats his head.

''But still, Bruno c'mon lets go.'' I say it annoyed,

''Whats your name lady?''he asked me politely.

"Natalie. Natalie Williams." I spoke with no clue.

"Oh daughter of Mr Williams. Nice to meet you. And call me Nick. Ain't this Sire less out-fashioned?" I nodded and we chuckled in unison.

"Okay Sir.." He cleared his throat. I was just teasing him.

"Nick, nice to meet you. But I'm kind of running late. I have no idea what Rosie would be doing so and once again sorry for my dog. It can be annoying sometimes." I have him a smile.

"You know Natalie sometimes letting it free is only nice. Its like us humans. We can't live forever caged or under someone's hand. Someone we got to be free. Hope you get it."

One best fact of  this elderly people, they give free advice. But yes I really admire them, because strange it seems but yes its not their identity, its their experience speaking. Yeah they might be extra frustrating sometimes, even irrational but they have more experience then us.

I hurriedly jogged towards my hope, a smile tugged to my mouth. Morning does its special effect on me. I hope whole day goes well, I'm not looking more drama.

I enter my house and first thing I do is look for Rosie. First I don't know where hell my mom is, dad never stays and since I've fired her Erotic Nanny, I've to look for Rosie by my own.

"Roisee? Are you awake?" I call her before barging in her room.

"Oh you're here finally! Leaving her alone? Yeah I might be out for work, but at least I expected you to be with her." She said with no emotion.

"Great you're here. I missed those sarcasm you know?" I snapped back.

I was in no mood for this shit. Why was she here anyways just to count my faults. I went to my room and locked it. I took a quick shower, and started doing endless sums of Maths.

3 hours passed, there were thrice knocks but I didn't care enough. One good way of releasing your anger is just go on practicing sums until your eyes pop out and say "Stop it girl, or you'll insult Pythagoras"

For people who don't know who is Pythagoras, please don't think you can get single geometry done.
