Chapter 19

Hope POV

I stroked Josie's hair a little.

"You ever thought about where you would be in the future?" Josie asked me

"Well, I never thought about the future... I always think there and then, I just live in the moment 95% of the time" I say

"It's fun to imagine, try it with me" Josie says

"Okay, how do you see your future?" I asked

"Umm, I see me as an doctor, maybe even 2 kids by then.... I don't know... it's a lot of things I want to do in life" Josie says

"Well you would make a wonderful doctor" I say

"You think so?" Josie asked

"I know so." I say

"Well, what do you want to be ?" Josie asked

"Well I don't know.... I told you... I live in the moment" I say

"Mmm. Just think. What do you love most in life then put it as a job. I love helping people and I want to make sure people are safe so that's why I picked a doctor" Josie says

"Well, I love art.... Maybe an artist" I say

"There you go... progress" Josie says

Josie had turned around to face me.

She started to play with my hair..

"Hope?" Josie says

"Yes jo?" I asked

"If I didn't mention this before.... I love this" Josie says

"Yup, you mentioned it once or twice" I say

She smiled.

I got lost in her eyes and she leaned in... I didn't want to kiss her because it felt like it was way too early for this... and she just needed a friend right now but I couldn't resist.

I leaned in and kissed her. It was amazing. It's like the world stopped and it was just me and her in it.... My stomach filled with butterflies and the touch of skin on mines were making me numb, I wanted her. I knew what I wanted. The only problem is i have yo give her time...

We pulled away from the hug and my door busted open...

I was vamped into the wall.

"Are you serious?" Jade asked Josie

"What the fuck jade?" I asked

I got up and stood next to jade

"You bitch. You're taking advantage of her... and she's mine... so why don't you go fuck off because we all know her being around you is just getting her 10 steps closer to death" jade says

My eyes glowed.

"That's enough jade! Get the fuck out." Josie demanded

"No. She wants to steal peoples girlfriends so I'm going to show her and teach her what a ass whooping feels like." Jade says

"You sure about that big girl?" I asked

Jade vamped and tried to throw me again but I punch the shit out of her.

Her nose were bleeding.

"You fucking loser" jade says

I bent down towards her and flinched a little bit.

"Awww, at your big age? It's embarrassing to think you can take on me... not even training will get you any where" I say

"That's enough both of you" Josie says

"Get out my room" I said to jade

"This isn't over" jade says before vamping out.
