I watch Tris run after a crying Christina. I just stare at the spot Christina ran to and guilt starts to take over me. How could I hurt the 2 most important girls in my life? I've known Christina since she was born 2 months after me, and I've known Tris since Kindergarten. I take out my phone and call Zeke and tell him to come to the mall. 15 minutes later Zeke and I are sitting at a table in the food court planning a way to make up my mistake to Tris and Chris.
"Christina and Tris have the same birthday right? " Zeke asks.
"Ya but that's not important right now Zeke!" I say frustrated
"Well actually it is. There birthday is on Friday and that's 2 days away from today so let's order birthday party supplies and get them tons of presents and get the whole gang back together!" Zeke says smiling
I drive home with Zeke since he walked here and started ordering stuff on Amazon and we went shopping like we where millionaires.
Tris pov

I go home and cry into my pillow when I hear a knock on the door.
"Honey? What's wrong, is it Tobias or Christina?" My mom asks
"Yes it's both. I was at the mall with Tobias and we saw Christina and she loves him and we where holding hands and she ran off crying! She hates me now! And my birthday is in 2 days and I havent got a call from Dad since he left! Sometimes I think who even wants me around here, but then I come home to a pretty good mom." I say even though I don't think she understood half of that since my voice is weird since I've been crying.
"Oh Beatrice, your dad loves you. He just doesn't know how to show that since he left, he's just scared to come back to see how much you and Caleb have changed." She's says hugging me. I just sit there in my mom's embrace crying into her shoulder.
A couple minutes later the phone rang and I was half way out of my room when my mom said "Let me get it sweetie." I go back to my bed and pull out The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. I get out of bed and walk down to Calebs room.
"Caleb?" I say
"What Beatrice?!" He yells
"How are you liking your spring break? " I ask
"Leave me alone!"his voice shaking
Wow okay that's weird Calebs never mad.
