"Kimmy and CJ," I say softly as I kneeled between their beds and lightly shaking my babies.
Okay, so there not babies anymore but they'll always be my babies.
Kimora let out a small groan and swatted my hand away unconsciously.
"Come on, It's time to wake up you guys," I spoke softly.
"I don't want to go to school today mommy," CJ spoke as he slowly sat up on his bed, rubbing his eyes.
"Me either," Kimora pouted out of no where.
"I thought you were sleep, how'd you get up so fast?"
"I was pretending," she giggled.
"Oh really?" I said as I tickled her.
"Stop it mommy!" she manage to scream through her giggle fit.
"Come on, get up. Let me get you two washed, dressed, & fed."
"Where's daddy?" they both asked in unison.
"In the kitchen. So you have to hurry if you want to see him before he leaves for work."
And boy, you should've seen how quickly they rushed out of bed. They raced to the bathroom and I followed behind their little short bodies.
I already had their bath water ran. They quickly stripped out of their pajamas and I lifted them in to the tub.
"Look mommy, i'm a big boy, I can wash myself," CJ said to me putting some Johnson & Johnson baby wash on his washcloth and began to wash himself.
"Me too!" Kimora shouted following suit.
"I know, I see!" I said with much enthusiasm, "But let me wash you quickly, so where not late."
I loved the smell of baby wash and it's so gentle on skin, I don't think I'll ever give it up. I even wash with it sometimes. Not to mention that Chris loves the smell of it on my skin.
After Kimora and little Chris were washed and dressed we all went downstairs to the kitchen.
"Daddy!" they both shouted nearly tackling him.
He laughed, hugging, then kissing both of them on the forehead.
"Yall ready for school this morning?" He asked setting a plate containing a pancake, scrambled cheese eggs, two slices of turkey bacon, and an orange slice, down in front of both them with there non-spill sip cups.
"Yes!"
"Oh, but when I asked, neither one of yall wanted to go," I smirked while they were stuffing there faces, "but you can go for daddy huh?"
They both nodded without taking their eyes off of their plates.
"Mmm, I love it when you call me daddy," Chris whispered on my ear as he sat my plate of a steak omelettes with sauteed mushrooms and onions and green, red, and yellow peppers, down in front of me. He sent shivers through my body.
"Cut it out," I whispered back seeing as the kids were watching with curious eyes. Chris followed my line of vision and a smirk grew on his face.
"Would you two like to have a baby brother or sister?" Chris asked them.
My eyes grew wide, I know he didn't ask our four year old children that.
"Yes! I want a baby brother!" CJ said.
"I want a baby sister!" Kimora said.
"Maybe mommy can have another girl twin and boy twin like us!" Kimora clapped her little chubby hands.
