The room is barren, but there are a few boxes there. The box isn't the only thing that's there though. A tall young guy and 2 little girls are rummaging through a big box. They were skinny but the guy was well built and you can tell he was strong. The girls were skinny and frail, the older girl looked to be about 8 years old, and the smaller one looked to be 4.

Randy: we have to take them out

Late: it will make too much noise

Zion: were not going to kill them just make them go to sleep

John: they'll hear us before we can get close enough

Kate: Can we at least try it

Randy: let's do it

Kate: what about the little girl

Randy:grab her mouth don't let her scream

Kate: Please don't hurt them

John: we have to do this(he more of was telling himself this than kate)

They were quiet but not quite enough to hear them. Zion fought with the tall guy and Randy put the girl to sleep while Kate held the little girl. Zion was having trouble so John helped.

Kate: I'm so sorry but we can't let people know we're here, please don't scream, we're not going to hurt you

Zion: bring her here

Kate: you're not putting her to sleep, tie her hands

Zion: she'll dream

Kate: then cover her mouth, but you're not putting her to sleep

Randy: let's go

John: we should leave them some supplies

Kate: these things

John: yeah put them over there

Randy: Let's go, we can stop at the sporting goods store and office supplies store.

Kate: Aldi too

They got to the car and sprayed perfume everywhere

Colton: we're are we going

Randy, sporting goods store, office supplies, Aldi

John: Menards, and the dollar store too

Colton: this is going to be a long day

Kate: how can we just leave them there

Randy: we had to

Kate: This world has really gone to sh!t

John: watch your mouth

The stores were quiet, with no one in sight. There are empty cars parked outside the stores, blood on the steering wheel, and scratches on the doors. The winds pick up the trash as it glides across the cold flat parking lot ground. It was once a fully populated town, with a few schools and craft shows all year round. It's now bare and lifeless. The sound of traffic and people blaring their music in their car is gone. Not even the sound of people complaining about the traffic. John regrets what they did and deep down so does the rest of them. Kate wishes they could have done things differently, not so aggressively.
