Around 5 hours passed, the doctors did not allow anyone to see Nandini as her condition was still critical. Everyone was there still waiting for Nandini to gain consciousness quickly, manik was restless as he was pacing back and forth he hadn't ate anything as well as the he was really worried for Nandini.

Naina was sitting next to karan, she couldn't stop crying as well but karan was by her side the whole time while myrah was with Aditya and Ahana who were constantly stressing.

They all looked up as one of the doctor came out of Nandini's room, manik quickly walked over to him hoping for something good regarding Nandini's condition.

"Good news for you guys, Nandini is stable but she is also very weak right now kaafi sara blood loss hua hai so you will need to take really good care of her" the doctor tells them, which gives them all a relief. Manik takes a deep breath letting out a sigh.

"I have discussed with our chief, Nandini ko hospital se 1 month ki break bhi mili hai and she will be discharged today but regular checkups ke liye yaha pe aana padega" he tells them, manik nods "thank you doctor" he thanks him.

"One more thing ek hi person abhi ke liye Nandini ko Mil sakta hai, please don't crowd around her" the doctor tells them before leaving.

Aditya looks at manik "manik Tum jao" he tells her, everyone turns and looks at Aditya with a shocked expression, he looks at everyone weirdly "Kya? Aise Kyu dekh rahe ho, I'm not that rude okay"

Myrah breaks in to a smile, Naina looks at him proudly as he finally was starting to warm up to manik.

"Aisa mauka phir nahi milega that Aditya is saying yes, go nanik" myrah chuckles, manik gives her a soft smile and leaves to go inside to meet Nandini. Karan hopes that manik does not execute his plan now as Nandini needs to be taken care of.

Manik walks in, seeing Nandini attached to needles and everything breaks his heart, he did not feel good seeing her in this condition. Nandini heard someone walk in as her eyes slightly open, she clearly had weakness in her eyes as she slowly turned around and looked at manik, she tried to smile but felt immense pain.

"M-manik" she softly says and was about to try to get up but manik quickly goes to her and holds her hand "aise hi raho, don't need to get up" but she wanted to sit up so manik helped her putting the pillow behind her, Manik sits next to Nandini on her hospital bed.

She looks at manik with her weak eyes waiting for him to say something but he just couldn't, he didn't know what to say he was in pain seeing her like that.

"I-I'm so-sorry" Nandini speaks, manik looks up at her confused "sorry kyu?"

"Tum mujhe naraaz ho, you aren't even s-saying anything so—" she tries to speak properly.

"I'm not mad at you Nandini, main Bas tumko aise dekh kar" he looks down sadly

"I-I'm o-okay manik, thodi weakness hai Bas" she gives him a smile

"Im sorry, mujhe nahi Pata tha ki koi tumhe aise target karega" manik looks up feeling guilty

"Tumari koi galti nahi hai, stop saying sorry manik jo hona hota hai Woh hota hi hai" she says maturely

Manik looks down closing her eyes wondering how he will go with his plan, he did not want to hurt Nandini She was too nice for that, she deserved all the happiness and love.

She looks at manik who was looking down the whole time, she knew he felt guilty for all this "manik" she holds his hand trying to get his attention

"I'm seriously okay Tum toh aisa kar rahe ho jaise main marr gayi" Nandini slowly lets out a laugh, which causes pain on her wounds but she doesn't react to it

"Shut up! Don't ever fucking say that" manik gets a little angry "I won't let anything ever happen to you" he moves closer to her and wraps his arms around her making sure she doesn't feel any pain because of the hug, Nandini's feels butterflies in her stomach as she felt Manik's lips touch her neck as he had her head buried in the crook of Nandini's neck, she had her arms around his shoulders feeling the intensity of the hug.

"Manik I want to tell you something" Nandini says while both of them were still hugging

"Hmm?"
