I woke up to a headache. Last night seemed to go on forever. My parents were fighting and I couldn't stop thinking about Ian.
Was he going to bully me again?
Has he changed?
Is he a player?
I remember back when we were kids before the bulling started, that I had the biggest crush on him.
That quickly went away when he bullied me to no end. He was my first bully.

I got up and got dressed in skinny jeans and a band T-shirt.
When I went downstairs I expected my parents eating breakfast like nothing's happened. Not a note saying they will be gone for a week to try and "rekindle" their romance.
I rolled my eyes and threw away the note. I grabbed a granola bar and left to go to school.
When I walked into the building the insults started.
"You're useless." A girl sneered.
And you're a whore.
"Sup bushy brows?"
Sup little dick head?
"Oh look it's the wanna be."
Yeah I wanna be outta here.

I opened my locker and put away my bag.
I walked up to the "bees" and gave them their homework.
"Thanks nerd."
"No problem." I said sarcastically and turned to walk away. Unfortunately, I was tripped by Candice and I fell flat on my face.
Welcome to my world.
Everyone was silent then they all bursted out laughing, even the real geeks.
Lovely.

I was about to get up put Candice pulled me up to just push me back down again.
I fell on my butt and went to stand up.
"What are you doing?! Leave her alone!" A masculine voice yelled. Every laughter died down and stared at Ian. He walked up to me and held out his hand. I stared at it for a few seconds, but reluctantly took it.

He pulled me up and turned to everyone.
"Go away and do something useful in your pathetic lives." He bellowed to everyone.
Everyone went back to what they were doing. He turned to me.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
I nodded. I was speechless.
"Th-thanks"
He smiled widely and he had a tint of pink on his cheeks.
"You're welcome."
And with that I ran away.
We were alone so, I was kinda scared.
You can't blame me. He was one of my worst bullies.
"Olivia wait!" He yelled.
I heard footsteps running after me.
I stopped because I already know he's going to catch up with me.
Ian didn't know I stopped and he ran into me. I felt a pair of arms wrapped around me when we were falling.
I landed with an 'ooph'.
"Sorry." Ian said with while blushing.
"It-it's fine."
He stood up taking me with him. I took a step back from him.
"Why were you running?"
"Because we were alone." I said quietly.
He smirked. "Well button why is that a bad thing?"
"Button?" I asked raising my eyebrows.
He shrugged. "Don't change the subject."
"I thought you were going to bully me."
"Here I thought you were smart button. Why would I bully you if I just told everyone to stop teasing you?"
Never thought about it.
"Huh. I guess you're right. Never thought about it."
The late bell rung for first hour.
"Damn. I'm late for class." I said with a sigh.
Ian smirked again.
"Did you just cuss button?"
"Yeah, so?"
"I just didn't see you as a person to cuss."
"Well you barely saw me as a person at all. Now if you'll excuse me I'm late for class. Which, you should be in." I said and walked into class.
I didn't see Ian for the rest of the day.

I felt kind of bad for what I said to him, but I was just telling him the truth. I don't like lying so my policy is to not lie. It's quite simple really. Don't lie, tell the truth. I don't have any friends so its much easier not to lie.
I hope I didn't hurt his feelings. I want to be nice, but it's so difficult to do with someone who started all the bullying against me.
