Reason for it? He doesn't know.
He just..... Doesn't know.
It makes him feel guilty to do so.
Even if he's not his master anymore, he sure does have his claws in deep in Jungkook's bones.
And he left a scar too deep to heal alone.
"Nothing like facing an old friend," Jungkook sighs as he inhales his cigarette between his fingers and exhales slowly, "Are you? He practically ruined your life."
Karma doesn't say anything, only remains with his puzzled eyes to Jimin, who's childishly practicing his dance routine on the dance floor for what he's going to do on the stage tonight. Jungkook could tell Karma is wearing a heavy frown on his lips, his wide eyes says it all.
It's almost like he's seeing those moments with Yoongi before his gaze, and anyone could tell he's trying to burn them down like how he burned down his home.
So Jungkook turns to him, leaning slightly closer, "If we're going to be doing this, you're going to have to open up to me. Why did Yoongi come after you? Did you guys have history?"
The horrid memory of the devilish man travels through Karma's mind like a sickening diseases, a scowl fixing his lips in anger almost instantly. Staring at Jimin now just losing himself with his faint smile on his plump lips only provides some sort of tranquility in Karma's chest, like the cure to a nasty virus.
Curing him from his angered past.
When Jimin suddenly finishes his routine and skips over to them, breathless from the dancing, Karma didn't think twice before grabbing his hips and settling him on his lap. The other didn't seem fazed by it, Jungkook less to say the least since him and Jimin are still in their..... Tense atmosphere as Karma likes to call it.
"We do, obviously," Karma huffs, placing a hand on Jimin's hip, "Let's just say we are in a nice family tree together."
Jungkook eyes practically bulge out, shocked, while Jimin snaps his head back with furrowed eyebrows.
"The fuck? You and that psycho are related?"
Karma practically murdered Jimin with his narrowed eyes on the spot, making the small man look down submissively. For a moment Karma didn't say anything but then rolls his eyes, "No, I would kill myself if I was related to him, he was suppose to marry my cousin, KS."
What the fuck....
An arranged marriage?
Jungkook blinks at him, waiting for him to continue. However, Karma suddenly glows with this deadpanned gleam in his eyes, bringing Jimin closer to his pelvis as he leans back to the counter, "Yoongi's family empire wanted to combine with ours, form a unity of alliance. So why not marry the two eldest off? Yoongi was a single child either way, and of age at that time. What happened? My dear cousin didn't give a shit and Yoongi was too into his selfish needs to be in a relationship with someone he doesn't like - since he had a partner of his own that his parents denied him of. So he did what any spoil little kid would do when he didn't get his way," Karma then looks at Jungkook, "He killed his parents."
A vivid evident shiver runs down Jimin's spine, sending a wary look to Jungkook almost instinctively, who's trying to connect the dots in his mind. Yoongi has never mentioned his past with him, so hearing this information about him is just so.... Unexpected.
Yoongi killed his parents?
Karma lets out a heavy sigh, following a faint chuckle, "He sent the bodies to my parents, who lived with my dear cousin's parents as well. They tried to locate the boy, desperately. More dead bodies would appear until finally..... The spoil kid had enough playing. His attempt to kill everyone in the house failed with the fire, obviously. Let's just say..... He hated me as well, lethally, since I did something stupid behind his back. Who knows though, maybe he even grew to love me and finally got fed up with it."
"Yoongi doesn't do love," Jimin mutters lowly, a small glare in his eyes, "Maybe not even capable of it. Don't use soft language with him in one sentence."
Jungkook was stunned by Jimin's words, meanwhile Karma only tusks lowly to this, tapping Jimin's chin with his finger and guides it to face him, "Everyone is capable of love little kitten, don't let a little bad blood deceive you."
Jimin squints his eyes to this and tilts his head slightly, "If everyone is capable of love, I'm definitely out of the equation," He growls lowly and he leans to his face, "I don't believe in love, it doesn't exist. Guess I'm not part of the majority."
And just like that Jimin gets off Karma and goes back to the stage, blazer off and thrown to the side now to reveal his button up shirt hugging his small body as he goes to practice on the pole. The two males didn't know what to feel about Jimin's sudden announcement; pity or impressed.
Jimin is definitely not like the majority. He may appear fragile and vulnerable at times; but he's more fierce and strong than both Karma and Jungkook combined, but in disguise. It's impressive how he has managed to gain this attitude by being part of what he has done for years, unwillingly. Many people would go insane and most likely lose themselves, but Jimin isn't like that; he knows who he is, embraces it, and stands for himself.
Even if he still has more to blossom as a person.
He's witty, clever, and alluring.
The perfect little spy, a perfect disguise.
"I'm curious about him," Karma suddenly whispers, rubbing his hand down his thigh, "How did he became like this? I probably would've lost my mind by now if I were in his shoes."
Jungkook's eyes remain intensely on Jimin, bringing the cigarette to his lips and inhaled deeply, fighting back a smirk, "Wouldn't hurt to ask now, would it?"
"Maybe he'll slice our tongues off before we even finish our sentences."
Low giggles escapes the ravenettes lips as he puffs out the smoke, "Today is the show, do you think Jimin will be able to pry information about the meeting in a few days from Dong Sicheng?"
Karma snorts to this as Jimin does a back bend and moves forward, going into a comfortable split in the ground, "Is that even a question? Jimin could ask me anything and I will probably even tell him the minimal details to when I was born."
Jungkook twitches a frown to this, his eyes lazily moving over to Karma, "You trust him?"
"No," He states bluntly, "I trust us as a unit together, since that was our vow. I trust his skills and his way to get what he wants, no matter to what lengths he has to go through to get it; daring and risk taking, that's how he likes to be."
Karma then slowly looks at Jungkook, who's still watching him and he studies him closely, moving his entire attention towards him, "Speaking of which, the day before the event, I want to take you both out somewhere."
Jungkook furrows his eyebrows and rubs the cigarette on the ash tray, "Where?"
It's almost as if Jungkook could see his lips forming a beautiful smile because his eyes nearly disappeared, "Ah don't be curious now, it's a surprise. Let's just say, this will help you face your fear better with Yoongi, both of you."
This made Jungkook sit up straight, eyebrows furrowed now, "Fear? I don't fear Yoongi-"
"Right," Karma scoffs and looks away from him, "Let's just say that this..... Will ease down a little tension."
Jungkook still didn't understand anything at all, not until his eyes followed Karma's stare, who's now looking directly at Jimin.
What the fuck is Karma planning?
