Chapter 10 : Revealed

Niall continued hugging me, "Jessie, it'll be okay. You can trust me."

I stopped crying, looked around making sure no one else but Niall could see and walked toward the water, Niall had a confused look on his face. I felt the waves crash at my feet, thinking to myself 'Is this a good idea?'

"10, 9, 8..." I counted as I felt myself fall into the sand. Niall stared at me with wide eyes. I looked back at my tail.

"Jessie, your a mermaid." Niall said in amazement.

I smiled, "Yeah, Niall, Will you keep this a secret?" I knew Niall was thinking hard.

Niall nodded, "Yeah, I will. I promise, babe." He said as he kissed me in the water.

After telling Niall, I dried off and we walked down the beach. He had so many questions. "What was that a water tentacle?" Niall asked.

I nodded sadly. "Whats it trying to do to you?" He aked.

"I dont know." I said.

"It looked like it was trying to hurt you." Niall said.

"Yeah." I frowned.

"I'm sorry." Niall said.

"Why are you being apologetic, your not doing anything." I said.

"I know. I just don't want anything to hurt you."

"I love you." I said.

"Love you, too." Niall said.

A few hours later, I went to Mako. I swam to the moon pool as fast as I could. I found Taylor and Bella there. They were both laughing about coral reefs. I came in quietly

"Jessie, are you okay?" Bella asked.

"I think so. Bella, is it okay to tell your boyfriend your a mermaid?" I said.

"Yeah, its fine." Bella smiled.

"Wait, you have a boyfriend?" Taylor asked.

"Yeah."

"Who is it? Is it Jackson from School?" She guessed.

"No, its not Jackson. Its Niall." I said.

Taylor gave me a surprised look, "You don't know a Niall unless its Niall Horan."

Bella looked at me, "No way! Your dating Niall?"

"Yeah. He's super sweet." I said.

"That's awesome!" Taylor and Bella said together.

"Lets go for a swim." Bella said.

"Yeah. Lets go!" I said as we started filing out of the moon pool.
