Ram - ok..okay mom...aap log enjoy kijiye...

Nandini - tum...

Ram - Main nahi aa saktha mom , adi ne match ke liye tickets book ki hain..so..

Nandini - Okay then , have a good time , bye Ram.

Little did he cut Nandini's call that he received Vedika's call.

Vedika - Hello Ram...

Ram - Hello Vedu...

Vedika- woh ram....

Ram - pata hain kya poochna chahthi ho...

Vedika- toh uska jawab bhi dedho...

Ram - nahi aa raha hoon Vedu , waise bhi aur functions haina..... I'll attend them...

Vedika- ohh...ok..

Ram - par tum chathi ho toh...

Vedika- nahi Ram , mujhe woh kuch bhi nahi chahiye jo tumhe dard de , isiliye agar aaj tum nahi aana chahte ho tho math aao..

Ram - Thank you Vedu samajhne ke liye and congrats to you and Shashi...

Vedika- Thank you Ram , Bye.

Ram - Bye.

Ram cut the call , kept the phone on the table and turned to stare at the view outside his window. It was raining cats and dogs out. He went close to the window , opened it and droplets of Rain fell on his hand . He lips were smiling but his eyes were crying. Tears tripped down his eyes which he let down. This rain , smell of the damp soil , the atmosphere all made him recollect the time he spent with Vedika .

Ram , though always had some people to call as his family , never really had them by heart. Despite being around people he was always alone ever since he was a child . Yes his father loved him , but his father had a lot of other people and responsibilities to handle . And his step family , though he always loved them like his own family , he always kept him away like a step family. And then came Vedika into his life . She filled his heart with her love , care and trust . She always stood by him no matter what , loved him and cared for him . Slowly both found love in each other which was probably not meant for lifetime . Once their college was completed , Vedika's family manipulated her to leave Ram as he was not as successful as Shashi back then . Due to the pressure of her family she left Ram then and committed to shashi . Slowly it seemed like she has moved on ,but Ram hasn't. He always believed love was something which can be felt and experienced only once . For him that love has always been Vedika , so even after 6 years of breaking up , he never moved on .Maybe he would have but there was one who ever made him to do that. All these years passed away but he couldn't find that one girl who would wake up the that lover in him , who would push him to move on , who would help him to move on , who would mend his broken heart . And now that Vedika was soon to marry another guy , he was in pain . But he hid that pain under his infectious , pure and magical smile . He wiped off his tears and said to himself.

"Ram tu aise kamzoor nahi pad saktha , Vedu ki khushi shashi ke saath hain aur tu yehi chatha haina ki woh hamesha kush rahe , isisliye aise aasoon math bahaan aur iss barish ko enjoy kar " 

Ram enjoyed the rain for the next ten minutes and just then Brinda walked in . She saw Ram and asked.

Brinda - jaan kya hua? Ro rahe ho?

Ram - nahi....

Brinda - don't even dare to lie....

Ram - fine , ro raha tha , ro nahi raha hoon.....

Brinda - par kyun ? Kabhi na kabhi toh yeh hona hi tha na , They both have been in relationship since 6 years and now they are getting married.......

Ram - jaantha hoon , par kya karoon , pyaar kartha hoon usse yaar....

Brinda - not again jaan , She doesn't deserve your love , main yeh nahi keh rahi hoon ki vedika galat hain , main bas yeh keh raha hoon ki tum aur achi ladki ko deserve karthe ho , jo tumse pyaar kare aur woh pyaar ke liye puri duniya se lad jaaye.....

Ram - aisa pyaar bhi hotha hain kya.....

Brinda - hotha hain jaan , aur main achi tarah se jaanthi hoon ki tumhare liye bhi aisi ladki hogi , jo kabhi na kabhi tumhare saamne aayegi......

Ram - mujhe aisa koyi nahi chahiye , I am okay , aur pyaar ke baare main baath kare toh Vedu hi mera pyaar hain aur pyaar main doosron ki khushi bhi maayne rakthi hain , isiliye main khush hoon Vedu ke liye.........

Brinda - Jaan tum aise kaise bane ho , ithna acha koyi kaise ho saktha hain......

Ram smiled , pulled her into a side hug and playfully said.

Ram - ab ithna acha hoon bol rahi hain , agar koyi joke maarunga na , kahegi ki main bekaar hoon , useless hoon , hopeless hoon....

Brinda hit him playfullly on his chest and Ram asked her.

Ram - waise tera pati aur woh dono kahan hain.......

Brinda - neeche hain , chalo we'll go...

Ram - yah....

After watching the match Ram was in his car to go back home . He received a call from Adi .

Adi - Hello Ram...

Ram - yaar tu mujhse pyaar kartha hain yah bri se , mujhse 20 min bhi bina baath kiye nahi reh saktha...

Ram laughed saying this .

Adi - yaar tu aur teri sense of humour bagwaan hi jaane , waise tujhse kuch important baath karni hain.....

Ram - kya ?

Adi - Mujhe Sood group of Companies se mail aaya hain ki woh humse deal ke baare main baath karna chathe hain....

Ram - So they are ready to take this forward and have a chat with us?

Adi - yah....

Ram - That's great man 

Adi - So meeting fix kar doon?

Ram - Of course...

Adi - teek hain , toh main Ms Sood aur unke PA ko mail bej detha hoon aur jald se jald meeting arrange kartha hoon...

Ram - Yah , aur unka pura naam kya hain?

Adi - Ms Sood ka?

Ram - yah....

Adi - Priya Sood.

Ram - oh , okay....
