Feeling warmth in her heart, Lalisa nodded. "Mom, don't worry. I won't let it happen. This time I'll treat her with silver needles. I'll take care of myself.

Yeji was relieved to hear that. After lunch, Lalisa was going to Hyunbin's home. Yeji offered to send her, but Lalisa didn't let her and instead asked the driver to do it. On the way, Lalisa called Jungkook and told him about her plan. Jungkook was obviously not happy to hear it. "Acupuncture? I can find a specialist to do that. How can you serve others like a maid?"

Knowing he would say something like this, Lalisa smiled helplessly, and said, "I'm her daughter. I should take care of her."

"You're Kwon Lalisa. When did you become her daughter?" Jungkook sounded sullen. "I won't allow you to do that."

Hearing his domineering words, Lalisa didn't know what to say. "I am calling to inform you, not to ask for your permission. If I have to ask for your permission when I want to do something, then am I still the queen?"

When it came to the queen, Lalisa asked, "How is the affair that I asked Taehyung and you to do going?"

"It's been done. You can come and get your certificate and license yourself," Jungkook said in a low voice. "You're so busy and still have to take care of..."

"Jungkook, I am calling to ask you to pick me up and send me to Aunt Jeon's house every day." Lalisa raised her voice and interrupted Jungkook. She had a hunch that Jungkook would say something that she didn't want to hear if he continued to speak, so she'd better let him stop.

Jungkook was a little surprised and said with doubt, "Send you to my mother's house?"

Looking at the scenery out of the window and listening to Jungkook's voice, Lalisa suddenly felt this was what life should be. She grunted in a low voice and said, "I'm going to give my mother acupuncture treatment and I remember Aunt Jeon has the same problem. Maybe I can help her stand up again too, so from today on I'll go to Aunt Jeon's house and give her acupuncture therapy every day. Anyways, I want to give it a try."

Jungkook had suspended a conference call to answer the phone call of Lalisa. Now he was standing in front of his office window and looking into the distance. When he heard Lalisa's words, he clenched his cell phone in his hand tighter. Then he looked at the sky and tried to pacify his throbbing heart. "Okay, I'll pick you up every day from now on." He gave a faint smile and said softly to her.

When Lalisa heard Jungkook's cello-like voice, she gave a sweet smile and said gently, "Talk to you later. I'm gonna hang up"

When Lalisa arrived at Hyunbin's house, Hyunbin was waiting for her at the gate. When Lalisa got out of the car, Jinhwan happened to come out of the house too. When he saw Lalisa, he gave her a faint smile. Then he walked over with his long legs, took the suitcase from the driveri. "Welcome home," he said.

Lalisa smiled. "Thank you. I just came to stay for a short while. I'll leave when my mother gets better."

Jinhwan raised his eyebrows. "Whatever you want."

He had studied his mother's illness. Jiwon was his mother who gave birth to him and raised him, so he was surely concerned about her. As soon as his mother had the accident, he had studied all the data on paralysis and brain damage and knew that it was near impossible for her to be cured. Even if she could, it would take at least several years, during which sister would live with them.

Lalisa called Hyunbin 'Dad', and Hyunbin responded happily and asked her, "Is there any other luggage?"

Lalisa smiled. "No, I won't be here for long, so I didn't bring a lot of things with me. I just brought with me some changes of clothes."
