CHAPTER 37

"Wow... You...you looked so gorgeous." He complimented and I felt my cheeks burning.

"And you looked handsome too." I replied, feeling shy out of a sudden. Ngumiti siya at lumapit sakin. Hahalikan na sana niya ako ngunit agad ko siyang pinigilan.

"Ops, bawal. Masisira lipstick ko."  Sabi ko habang bahagyang nakatakip ang aking bibig ng aking kamay.

"Tsk...next time I'll buy you lipstick that will last so I could kiss you anytime I want to." Nakasimangot niyang sabi.

"Sorry baby, tiis ka muna." Sabi ko bago siya yakapin. He hugged me back and then I felt his lips in my neck.  He looked at me and then he said.

"Sorry to do this but... I can't help it." In an instant, he captured my lips and when he stopped he was smiling ear to ear like he is proud to what he did. I looked at him in disbelief. His lips were color red, ofcourse because of my lipstick. When I looked myself in the mirror, my lipstick just ruin as expected.

"Really? You just ruined my lipstick." I said while shaking my head.

"No problem, we have wipes and you have lots of lipstick here. You can put at it again....." He said and wiped my lips. "then I'll ruin it later too." He added before he grinned. I glared at him.

"You won't get a kiss from me for 1..... whole week." I said. His smile vanished. That's right, bad boy will have it's rightful punishment.

"You're kidding."

"I'm not."

"Baby..."

"Nope. That's your punishment. I told you not so. And... Don't you dare kiss anyone out there coz' I will literally cut your tongue out of your month. Got it baby?" I said, feeling my victory.

"But-"

"No but baby." I said and he frowned.

"That's unfair." He pouted.

"Nope it's not. Now, let me finish so we can go downstairs already. The party is about to start right?"I said but he doesn't answer me and just nodded. He's sad, really?

"Okay, 6 days."

"No, 3 days."

"No,6 days"

"Fine, 5 days. Damn! You're torturing me." He said, giving up.

"OA mo."

"I'm not, remember that's my vitamins." He said and winked before he stole a kiss from me.

He ran towards the door and left me. I sighed, so importunate.

When I was finalizing my look, Lily suddenly came in with a woman. Woah, she looks familiar.

"Hey, beautiful." She greeted. I hugged her very tight. I missed her so much.

"Hey, oh my God I forgot!"

"Glad to see you here. Someone told me you're the make up artist? Wow, look how far you've become!"

"Tsk ang oa nito. Hindi naman ako sikat, nagkataon lang na suki namin yang batang yan sa salon." Sagot ko.

"I agree, you don't even react like that when you first saw me. Take note, I'm popular! You're hurting me Lily." The woman interrupted.

"Wow, eh sa tinatarayan mo ako eh and besides, hindi talaga kita kilala hehe." Sagot ni Lily. "Ohh, by the way this is Scarlet Alster. Henry's first cousin." Baling niya sakin.

"Wait...kaya pala familiar siya sakin. She's a popular model! Am I right?"

"Right, thanks." She said and flipped her hair. Wow! I can't believe this.

"Holy! Can I have an autograph later?" Natatawa kong tanong. Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay tsaka ngumiti.

"Sure."

Sabay kaming bumaba. Ilang sandali lang ay sinimulan ang seremonya. Ibat-ibang tao ang nakikita ko. Naging busy rin si Anthon kaka entertain ng mga bisita. Nagpaalam sandali si Lily samin para puntahan ang kanyang asawa. Bigla namang lumapit si Anthon, napakalas ng tibok ng puso ko. Hindi ko pa nasasabi kay Lily ang relasyon namin at gusto kong ako ang magsabi sa kanya pero hindi dito.

"Hey, sorry I was too busy." He said and planted me a small kiss. Napalinga agad ako at una kong nakita si Scarlet na nakatitig sa amin. Nakataas ang kilay na parang inaalisa niya kaming dalawa. "Do you want anything? Foods, drinks?" He asked. Napailing ako.

"Are you two..."

"Yes." He answered. Napalunok ako. Shit! Tumayo ako at hinila siya ng bahagya.

"Please, excuse us for a while." Sabi ko tsaka ko siya tuluyang hinila.

"What?"

"Ano... Pwede bang wag ka muna lumapit sa akin ngayon?" I said and confuse is visible in his face. I'm sorry.

"Why?"

"Ano kasi...." Alinlangan kong panimula. "Hindi pa kasi alam ni Lily ang relasyon nating dalawa." Kinakabahan kong paliwanag.

"So? We can tell her together. Is that a big deal?"

"Please... I want to tell her personaly but not now." Tiningnan niya ako na nagtataka. Nakita ko ang pagdaan ng sakit sa mata niya bago tumango. Hindi kita ikinakahiya kung alam mo lang. I'm sorry baby.

"I'm sorry.... I promise I'll tell her after this event. Please, understand me." I pleaded.

"Okay, your choice." He answered, defeated.

"Baby...." Napanguso ako.

He smiled weary. "It's fine. I understand. Go back to your table now, she'll be back any minute." Sabi niya kaya wala akong nagawa kundi bumalik sa inuupuan ko kanina. I looked at him as he walked away after he thrown me a glance and gave me a weak smile. Immediately, conscience hit me. I love him but I'm not sure if he feel the same way. Better not to rush thing, I know Lily have to say...... She's been reminding me about him but I kept on defending him till' she gave up and let me decide. After all, it's my decision.
