"Saan ka galing?" Kelly stared at Caleb's hands again.

It's not rare to see someone smoking. It's just.. it's the first time she saw Caleb doing it.

Nilingon pa niya ang lupa kung saan nito pasimpleng tinapon ang sigarilyo. Kelly can't really see it because it's dark and they're a bit far from the lights of the house. But she knows what is it. Its smell.. it's obvious.

"Why are you still awake?" He went near her.

"Didn't saw you inside. I was worried, " she answered. "Saan.. ka galing?" Nag-alinlangan pa siyang sabihin ang huli. She doesn't want to appear nosy but she can't help it. It's the middle of the night.. and he's there.. smoking.

"I went to my car and had some fresh air. "

Tumango siya. Medyo malayo nga pala ang parking ng sasakyan nito.

Niyakap niya lang ang dalang maliit na unan at sabay silang pumasok sa bahay. She went to the pantry to drink some water. Si Caleb naman ay pumunta sa may pintuan para isarado ito.

"Hindi mo ba ako ihahatid bukas?" tanong niya nang maalala na sinabi ni Caleb na si Phoenix ang susundo sa kanya gamit ang helicopter nito.

"It will be so much easier if you're with Phoenix. But I can't just leave you with him. Ihahatid kita bukas. We'll go by car. "

Unti-unting lumabas ang ngiti niya. Masaya lang siyang tumango at ginulo ang pantry ng bahay.

"You don't have sugar free coffee?" Sumimangot siya. May pressed coffee naman at coffee beans pero lahat may sugar ang flavor. Hindi rin naman siya umiinom ng black coffee bago matulog.

Caleb shook his head. "Didn't thought of buying something like that so I don't have. Maybe you can just have the milk?"

Kelly pouted. "This milk is not sugar free, Caleb. "

He sighed. Lumapit ito sa kanya. Mas lalo siyang ngumuso dahil hindi yata siya makakatulog na hindi nakukuha ang gusto niya.

"You really want it?" Caleb asked. Tumango siya.

"Alright. It's still 9. Malls are still open, I guess. I can buy you some. "

Bigla siyang nataranta sa sinabi nito. "'Wag na pala! I'm fine with.. with.. " Napatingin ulit siya sa available na kape at bahagyang napangiwi. "... with water."

He chuckled. "Don't worry. I'll inform my secretary to buy you some and stock it in every pantry of my properties. "

Ngumiwi ulit siya dahil parang gagawin nga nito ang sinabi. She don't drink coffee naman lagi! Kahit sugar free!

"It's getting late. Maaga pa tayo bukas. You should rest now, " sabi nito.

"Okay. "

Nang matapos siyang uminom ng tubig ay hinatid lang siya nito hanggang sa pinto ng kwarto nila ni Zumi. She faced Caleb and hugged him for good night.

"Good night.. " she whispered between the hug.

Caleb smiled and leaned before giving her a peck. "Sleep well, my love.. "

When morning comes, Kelly had to go back to Manila for work. Napag-usapan nga nila na ihahatid siya ni Caleb hanggang Manila kahit na ang plano sana ay susunduin siya ni Phoenix gamit ang helicopter.

Zumi hugged her goodbye as the kid watches them leave. Kumakaway rin si Tita Moris, Caleb's aunt and Zumi's therapist. Kelly felt bad for leaving Zumi but she can't stay longer as she might be a bother to their plans. Hindi naman biro ang sitwasyon. Even with Caleb's wealth, isama mo na rin ang mga kaibigan nito, involving in politics is messy. People.. the public.. the media.. would dig into their private lives.
