we were sitting in the van looking at whatever's on the tablet Brooklynn found and bumpy starts to bellow, really really, loudly. ben quickly jumped out of the van to try to get her to be quiet, just as he did it was already too late, the indom heard her and headed our way.

we heard the footsteps get louder and closer. "guys, something is coming this way" ben tried to put bumpy in the van "that's weird, whatever that is, it isn't showing up on the tablet" Brooklynn pointed out "what kind of dinosaur doesn't have a transponder?" "maybe it did, but then it..." i replied to Darius. bumpy started to bellow again making ben struggle to keep her quiet "ben! shut her up!" just as Yaz had said that the indom roared and it sounded like it was not to far from us.

we all quickly sat down and shut the back doors of the van, as we buckled ourselves Darius realized, no one is driving. "wait! doesn't anyone know how to drive a van?!" Darius said aloud. the rest of us looking at the empty drivers seat "no but we drove gryospheres! it can't be that different?" "they had joysticks!" i replied to Sammy "and a Jimmy Fallon tutorial! i don't even have my learners permit!" ben blurted out "i do!" Kenji said while hopping over to the divers seat

"hands at ten and two-" "KENJI GO" "JUST GO" "FUCKING DRIVE" "GO GO GO" "KENJI DRIVE" "OH MY GOD GO" we all yelled at him and once he started driving he we started going back instead of forwards once we started going forwards the indom started chasing us and she was insanely close.

s: go faster!

k:i can't!

y: you're in the wrong gear!

k: well how do i shift gears?!

d: it's coming!

m: can you go any faster?!

s: step on that thing!

d: zigzag!

m: are you signaling?!

k: can every one not yell at me while i'm saving our lives?!!

the indom lowered her head to look though the glass and roared at us. making every one scream even more. Yasmina reached over to Kenji and turned the wheel just to literally fly of a short cliff, we all held on while screaming until we started going again and thankfully, we lost her. for now at least

once the car stopped we all were out of breath from screaming and yelling "at least we lost the indominus" Brooklynn panted "and where do we go now?" i asked "how about into the genetics lab?" ben pointed, every one turned to him "it's a gift" he smiled

when we got in one of the rooms in the genetics lab we saw a birthday cake "huh?.." i questioned then some one behind the counter jumped up scaring us "not dinosaurs, you're not dinosaurs" he threw himself on the desk in relief "this is the worst birthday ever." "totally not the time but can i have a slice of cake?" Kenji broke the silence "me too please" i stepped closer

d: again we are so happy we found you! things are crazy, there's a giant camouflaged dinosaur out there, and also..regular dinosaurs. we've been hoping to find some one to—

birthday guy: you're sure you closed the door behind you right?

d: uhh...i think so?

brooklynn tried to use a phone but it didn't work

st: ugh! there's no dial tone!

bdg: the landlines are down. so is the radio, and cell phone service keeps cutting out.
