The attack had no effect since the humanoid-shaped machine teleported towards the remains of a nearby building, thus avoiding the attack that the human had launched, I immediately looked at the human in a confused way since according to my information the humans could not gather energy and shoot it just like androids do.

"You're not that different from me after all, Captain Shirou," the machine said mockingly and with a smile that made me shiver.

"Don't compare me to you, machine," I said dryly, the sparks that my sword was generating from the friction of the machine's hand.

"Oh, but aren't you curious about what humans know as emotions?" The machine asked me as it continued with that mocking and macabre smile.

"Emotions? Feelings? Humanity?" What was said by the machine generated a series of thoughts that made me distract myself for a moment, a moment that was used by the machine to send me a punch in my abdomen that kind of flew.
