There will be similarities. So please DON'T compare other books to mine because I worked hard on scenes just for it to be brought up by another book. It's discouraging and hurtful. Please do not say: "This reminds me of the this," "this book is so much better than this one" "this is just like this," It is okay if you didn't read this and you don't know and comment about it. Please don't compare my characters or book. It'sdisrespectful. I don't feel like writing when all the comments would be about other books, it's just plain rude. What's the point in writing something, spending days on it, just for others to say "he/she/they are like he/she/they/them. You may not mean to but it brings me down. 1) Love interest has a repellent mouth.
2) There are some sensitive subjects; addiction, alcohol, domestic abuse misinterpreted as discipline, self-harm, rape.( If this is a sensitive subject you won't like to read, please remove this book and I hope you're okay)
3) Love interest is a dumbass, but a softie for her.
4) Our main character likes talking about drugs and sugar daddies. As aware she doesn't actually do them nor have an actual sugar daddy. -she also likes being them. Like literally. You'll find out more in the book.
5) This book has mature warnings for its theme and language use, some steamy scene but there isn't any detailed smut. (Feel free to write some in the comments.)
6) Main character and love interest have an age gap, it isn't really bad.
7)The main character blurts/blabs about random stuff quite often and will have random thoughts. She can't stay on one topic so it may be confusing.
8) Adelia,( our main girl) doesn't have any friends in her childhood towards her adulthood so she is indeed, very childish since she doesn't know how to act around people.
-She is also a kind of childish character so please. If you don't like it please do not say anything rude about her-
9) I am in Australia, therefore the way I write, spell, use words may be different. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to comment, I will comment back to try and help you understand!
10) You may have trouble pronouncing our main character's name (Adelia). You can pronounce it however you like but I pronounce it as (ad-e-lia) or (ad-e-li-yah) or (ad-e-lee-uh) easy, yes.
11) If you would like to re-read this book then do what you please, but please do not spoil anything. Thank you.
12) There is a lot of slurs that I didn't know were slurred so I will change them when I have time. Sorry about that.
13) There are some jokes you may not like because it is relevant to death. You'll notice in the first chapter what I mean by the "jokes." It isn't like actual death, it's a character from a movie's death. Gwen, as she is a marvel fan. Never make jokes/make fun of death.
14) YOULL GET SECOND-HAND EMBARRASSMENT SO SO SO MUCH OKAY BUT I PROMISE, HOPEFULLY, IT'LL GET BETTER. 15) "Shizzle" means shit. So when she says "Holy shizzle sticks" it's just her saying "holy shit sticks" yeah :).
