You tucked me at night
And made the nightmares go away.
You held my hand and led me to the light.
You carried me when I was tired,
You kept me safe from the dark.
If only I could show you, how much I love you.
And hold you in my heart.
I would make sure that you never feel sad.
I would give you, endless moments of joy.
And wash away your fears
There is nothing more wonderful in the world that can compare to that motherly love.
When I was young you pushed me foward.
As I got older you gave me confidence.
And as I stand next to you, I can see how strong you are.
And I hope that with these words you can hear and see how much I love you.
Because with out that love I would be lost, and in the dark.
