Love, Life, and Death

I would have given up so much for the chance to breathe,
To walk back into that light that once was welcoming,
An endless cycle, that I wish for to end.
If only life were to change like life
If only it could stop long enough for me to think of the things I've lost.
The love that I had once cherished
The life that I so recklessly gave away
To be able to live among the dead,  with there faces that taunt me.
That's my cycle
Falling in love
          Losing my life
                  And meeting death.
This is the cycle that I hope would end.
