Over 2,000 years ago, a woman by the name of Qetsiyah created an immortality spell for her and her beloved, Silas, to drink on their wedding night. Not realizing that she would be betrayed by Silas the night before, stealing the spell and using it on his love, Amara and himself. Creating the first Immortal Beings. But there is more to this story. Revna a powerful witch who despised Qetsiyah and was friends with Silas, had created a similar spell as hers. Taking it for herself.
Once she had learned of what had happened between Silas and Amara and Qetsiyah had seeked revenge, Revna offered her help. Using their powers combined they created a cure for Immortality for only one, before locking Silas away for eternity with the cure. Never to see his beloved Amara ever again. Now you must be wondering why Revna had helped the woman she loathed. She had a plan. She knew that Qetsiyah had planned to lock Amara up, turning her to stone and making her the anchor between here and the other side. This way even in death, Amara and Silas will never find one another. But Revna went behind her back. Using her power to duplicate their spell for the cure, forcing Amara's hand at it, ultimately transferring the anchor to herself so that Amara was free.
Now she scoured the Earth, in search of where Qetsiyah had hid Silas to. Wishing to free him of this world so he can be with his loved.
Present day, a group of people in search of the cure, released Silas. Now he searched the lands for Amara, knowing she had to still be around. Not knowing his friend had actually made his search so much easier.
