A Journey Though Kalos (Pokémon x Futa!Reader)

The First Gym Badge of Kalos

(Y/n): well this is it, the first step of League challenge

Serena: yep

(Y/n): so who's gonna challenge the Gym Leader first?

Shauna: how about do a coin toss?!

Serena: does anyone have pokécoin on hand

(Y/n): I've got a coin flipped on my Pokétch

Shauna: cool also I've been meaning to ask what is a Pokétch?

(Y/n): it's just over glorified watch that's got some cool apps on it, so Serena heads or tails

Serena: I'll go heads

With a nod (Y/n) and with a tap of her finger the digital coin jumps up and flips a couple of times until it finally lands

Shauna: so who won?

(Y/n): Serena gets to go first and remember to give it you're all

Serena gives (Y/n) a determined nod then heads inside as (Y/n) and Shauna follows behind to go and watch

With Serena earning her first Gym Badge but now it's (Y/n)'s turn as she walks up and faces the Santalune Gym Leader Viola

Viola: so you're the trainer that Sycamore told me to keep my wits about

(Y/n): was it the clothing or the hair that gave it away?

Viola: well you're hair is very unique

(Y/n): that makes sense, so shall we?

Viola nods then sends out her first Pokémon a Surskit and (Y/n) sends out Froakie

(Y/n): ok Froakie use pound!

Viola: Surskit use quick attack!

As both Pokémon listened to their respectful trainers and dash at each other with Froakie getting hit first but pounds Surskit into the ground and jumps away to create some space between the two

(Y/n): Froakie!

Viola: quick attack one more time!

Surskit attacks Froakie and once Surskit gets close enough Froakie dodges last second and pushes himself up and off Surskit and lands on one of the large leaf that hanging low to the ground

Viola: so what's your game plan now you've cornered yourself?

(Y/n): I wouldn't get cocky now, Froakie NOW!!

With the command said Zorua come off the leaf with and illusion on

Zorua: Fro!!

Viola: Froakie seems fired up, ok Surskit quick attack!!

With Surskit closing in on Zorua, she just waits until Surskit is right in front of her, so Zorua dodges and fires a shadow ball Hadouken style making Surskit faint and surprising everyone in the room

Shauna: HOLY ARCEUS!!!

Serena: oh my

Viola: *returns the Surskit* well that's something but it won't happen twice *sends out Vivillon*

Vivillon: Vivillon!!

Viola: alright Vivillon use infestation!

(Y/n): Froakie dodge then use dark pulse!

But Zorua couldn't dodge in time and Vivillon's infestation hits it's mark and seriously damages Zorua making the illusion disappear and revealing Zorua, who recovers and lands the dark pulse

Viola: so Zorua was battling all this time, still you gave yourself the type disadvantage

(Y/n): I've been in type of situation before on multiple occasions so this is nothing new to me, now Zorua fury swipes!

With a quick recovery Zorua dashes at Vivillon as three white claws appear on her paws and once she's close enough she strikes three times making Vivillon faint and making (Y/n) the victor of the battle

Viola: young (Y/n), you... No, it wasn't you alone. You and your Zorua have shown me a whole new depth of field! Fantastic! Just fantastic!

(Y/n): thanks Viola

Viola: and here proves your strength as a trainer *gives (Y/n) the Bug Badge*

With the Bug Badge now in (Y/n)'s possession all she could do is smile at it and places it in her badge case, then Serena and Shauna come down and celebrate (Y/n)'s victory

Shauna: well done (Y/n)!

Serena: yes you did very well

(Y/n): thanks you two but I need to go and recover my Pokémon, so head back to the Pokécenter

With the trio making their way out of the Gym and towards the Pokécenter Shauna notices a Staraptor circling them in the sky

Shauna: um did anyone take a Staraptor's food?

(Y/n): no, why do ask?

Shauna: *points at the Staraptor* then why is there a Staraptor circling us then

Serena and (Y/n) look up at where Shauna is pointing and slight dread coats (Y/n) as she recognizes the Staraptor and once (Y/n) and the Staraptor lock eyes the Staraptor flys down and lands and sits down on (Y/n)'s head

(Y/n): by Arceus' name... GET OFF ME HEAD!!!

Staraptor: Star!!

(Y/n): wait a letter this old school even for Mom

(Y/n) unties a piece of paper that was tied to Staraptor's leg and the letter reads as followed

"Hi (Y/n)

I hope this letter gets to you safety and you're doing ok but that's not why I writing  this, the reason I'm writing this is because a new app for the Pokétch called the HM app and here's the code for it also when you use the HM app a wild Bidoof will help you unless you've already put the HM on one of your Pokémon

(Y/n) looks at the code at installs the app ands takes a quick look at it then turns off her Pokétch

(Y/n): thanks for that Staraptor, you can head home now *Staraptor nods then flys off*

Serena: your Mom sure has a lot of Pokémon

(Y/n): that's because she completed the Sinnoh Pokédex but that's not what's important I'm going to heal my Pokémon then reduce my stress levels

Serena and Shauna smile at (Y/n)'s idea and follow (Y/n) to the the Pokécenter and that ends today's chapter I hope you enjoyed it and I hope to see you soon bye bye
