Part 25- The Morning After ☀️

"kahan bhaagi chali jaa rahi ho" he said with a smirk on his face, his hoarse morning voice was enough to race Ishqi's heart but the way he was saying it with a mischievous smile he had plastered across his face was making her loose control over herself.

"k-ka-kah-kahan?" she stuttered and hoped he couldn't hear how loudly her heart was beating.

Ahaan chuckled seeing the affect he had on her, "thank-you!" he said, she'd gotten the idea he was referring to last night but still,"f-for what?" she asked- "For being mine" he replied and his answer caught her off guard and left her tongue-tied.

Ishqi sat up as she felt her cheeks burning, she cleared her throat..."A-Aapka sar dard kar raha hoga na...nimbu pa-"

He cut her off, "nahi kar raha...tumhara kamaal!"-

She blushed but tried to ignore his statement, "AVM, waise raat ko? Aapko kya horhea thaaaa???

"Pyaarrrr...tumse pyaar hogaya hai mujhe Ishqi..." he honestly confessed but in a flirtatious manner-

Ishqi: Oh God! Lagta hai aapka nasha abhi tak nahi uttra! K-Kaisi baatein kar rahe hai..Saachi baatai, aap abhi bhi nashe mein toh nahi hai??

Ahaan: No Ishqi, aab aapni full senses mein houn- 

Ishqi: Full senses waali baatein toh nahi kar rahe! Kyunke yeh aap toh nahi hai!

He pulled her close to him by the waist, "tumse milne ke baad mein, mein kahan raha?"-

"A-AVM koi aajaiga" just as Ishqi said this a flash from the previous night flashed through his mind and his eyes widened, "kya hua?" she asked-

Ahaan: I-Ishqi, kal raat meine kuch garbar toh nahi ki na? he asked hesitantly-

Ishqi: Kuch khaas garbar toh nahi ki but I have to say, aap singer bohot acche hai! she said teasingly-

Ahaan: S-singer? K-kaise baatein kar rahi ho tum Ishqi...mein aur woh bhi singing? No chance-

Ishqi: Really? Phir "pehla nashaaaa, pehla khumaarrr" kon gaa raha tha? she said while imitating him-

Ahaan: M-Mein? Uhh- um woh toh buss pehla pyaar hai and all so buss issiliye-

Ishqi cut him off, "Waise I must say that "drunk AVM" is very cute kiddo, she pulled his cheeks-

Ahaan: Accha gi...So then I must admit as well..."drunk Ishqi" is my favourite love guru..

They gazed into each other's eyes until the alarm clock went off again, Ishqi stood up and turned it off, "yeh phir kyun baaj gayi?" he asked kinda disappointed their moment was interrupted once again. "last time snooze ki thi off nahi" she giggled-

Ishqi: AVM, aab uth jaiye..iss se pehle koi aur aajai...

Ahaan: Nahi aaiga

Ishqi: Kal raat bhi aapne yahi kaha tha aur tabhi Rahul aagaya tha!

AVM: WHAT?! AUR PHIR?!

Ishqi: Shssshh, itna zor ka chillai ge toh kissi ne nahi bhi aana hoga toh aajaiga!

Ahaan: Sorry sorry but baatao phir kya hua?!

Ishqi: Zyada kuch nahi...meine koi jawab nahi diya toh woh chala gaya and phir uss ka call aya toh meine keh diya ke movie dekh rahi houn aur hum subah milege...

Ahaan stood from the bed as well, "ohhh okay" -

Ishqi: AVM?

Ahaan: Hmm-

Ishqi: I kinda feel bad for what we're doing to Rhea and Rahul without their knowledge....Hum unn dono ko naa chah ke bhi cheat kar rahe hai...

Ahaan: Yes, jo horaha hai woh bohot unexpected tha...but don't worry saab jaldi theek hojaiga....Saach samne jaldi aaiga, I promise-

Ishqi squeezed her eyes and smiled, "Accha aab aap jaiye, ready hojaiye and phir neeche milte hai"

Ahaan advanced a little closer to her, "Aise thodi na jaoga"- he pulled her towards himself and enclosed her in a tight hug. They both hugged each other tightly, preparing themselves for what the rest of the day held for them.

After a few moments they tore from the hug, Ahaan planted a soft kiss on Ishqi's cheek and left the room in a jiffy.

As the door shut close, a heavily blushing Ishqi grabbed a pillow, put it to her face and screamed her heart out.

this guy is going to be the end of me! ✨
