It's just so I can follow up on your story and anything else. If I give you my plot I'm more than likely to follow you back!

now you might see a plot and think oh my god I would write the hell out of that. This is gonna be so fun! And then get stuck five seconds into the intro..
Yeah I've been there before.
So if you want a plot, pm me, ask for it in the comments and then start to prewrite.
Now if you know 100% that you don't need to prewrite go for it but the book has to be out within 3 days-a week. This way you can make sure to be serious about the book.
