Taehyung pov

I could see she's shocked hearing me saying that. How dare him...doing this to my love. I heard it too. I didn't see any slight of hurt on her face and that just made me confirm that no feelings involved in their relationship. So without a second thought I dragged her with me not wanting her to hear those sinful sound. I don't know what's going on between them...I can just know it with a snap of my finger but I decided not to do that. I don't care what's his deal but at least treat woman right. Especially it's my y/n. I could see she's hesitate to answer me. What's stopping her?

Y/n : No it's ok...thanks

I sigh looking at her.

Taehyung : I'm not gonna let you go back when they're doing that

I raised my voice slightly making her immediately look up at me.

Y/n : Y-You..heard it?

Shit...she must feeling embarrassed now. I held her shoulder and speak softly to her.

Taehyung : Look y/n...it's okay. For tonight you can sleep here. Don't think too much hm?

She slowly nodded her head making me smile a little. I grab her wrist gently and walk in the house. I let her use the guest room while I went into my bedroom. After I'm done showering and changing I went to the kitchen to make dinner. But then I heard footsteps coming so I turn around and my breath hitch seeing y/n came wearing my oversized sweatshirt which is too big on her. She smiles nervously at me making me melted at her cuteness.

Taehyung : Are you hungry? I was about to make dinner

Y/n : Oh really? Then I'll help too

Taehyung : No no it's ok-

Y/n : What are we making?

I was cut off with her excitedly walk towards me eyeing the ingredients I put earlier. Her shining eyes with long eyelashes and little smiles on her face make my heart flutter everytime I look at her.

Taehyung : If you wanna help then cut this vegetables

Y/n : Alright

After a while we're almost done with cooking. I was setting the cutlery when I heard her whimpering.

Y/n : Auuchh

Taehyung : Why what's wrong did you got hurt anywhere?

I asked while checking her from head to toe.

Y/n : Noo I want to move the pot but it's too hot

She said while pouting. Aishh I can't even get mad at her if she's being this cute.

Taehyung : Of course it's hot! Wash your hands. You should've called me to do this

Y/n : Ahh no need to be mad

She pouted while washing her hands.

Taehyung : Of course I'd be mad you could've gotten hurt

Y/n : Woahh this looks yummy

I chuckled while serving it to her.

Y/n : Thanks

She keeps saying the food is delicious and all. I just looking at her adoring everything she does. After so many years I never thought I will meet her again. But my heart is still for her only even though she's not with me. I really can't control myself anymore having her this close to me. Everything she do just make me fall for her more.

After we're done eating, we went to our room even though I don't want to separate with her but I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable. But I can't sleep. I keep tossing around the bed trying to sleep. I scoffed as it's already an hour I tried. Walking out of the room I'm thinking of going to the living room but frown seeing a dim light at the kitchen. I saw y/n taking a glass of water before turn around and shocked seeing me.
