Aera's pov

Sunwoo was here and he looked good. What made my breath hitch wasn't the fact that he looked good but what he was doing. Him and his friend group was all standing around this older looking male and his group. I have never seen them anywhere but I am guessing that they aren't from around this area. Sunwoo was glaring at the male with his gun under his chin. The other male was just staring at the younger with an amusing look with a smirk on his face.

"Well well well.. if it isn't Sunwoo and The Boyz." The mystery man said still smirking at them. Everyone stop what they were doing and watch the scene like some drama from a movie.

Sunwoo didn't say anything but kept staring at the man. He tsked and took his gun away and stuck it back in his holster.

That is when he noticed me. A smirk finally made its way onto his face and I slightly blushed.

'Aera.. wake up. What are you doing? He is a playboy and is a mafia.' One said of my brain said.

'But he is a hot mafia.' The other thought. I turned even more red which I did not think was possible.

"Well Aera, you look good." Sunwoo said with a smirk. I was at a lost for words. Before I could say anything, someone spoke first.

"Wow Sunwoo. Got a girlfriend. She is pretty hot." The guy from early said smirking at him. He then looked over at me and winked while kissing the back of my hand.

"Stay away from her." Sunwoo growled at him.

"Or what?" The guy asked. He walked over to me and took a strand of my hair into his fingers than put it behind my ear. A shiver went down my back. Not a good kind either. Quickly Sunwoo spun the guy in front of me around and punched him. With that punch they started to fight. I once again did something that people would think I am stupid for. I got between the two males.

"Stop it." I said to the two males. They both looked at me then back to each other.

"Sunwoo no more fighting." I said scolding the older male. His friends were trying to hold their laughter has I was nagging him. He looked over at them and glared which shut them up. He then looked at me again and looked away grumbling stuff under his breath.

Sunwoo's pov

I watched Aera look over at Mino with a glare.

"And you. Who do you think you are to put your crusty, dried hands on me? If you need some lotion, just ask." She said to him. I let out a loud laugh which resulted in Mino to glare at me but I didn't care. He rolled his eyes and left with his loser friends. Aera went to Sangyeon and pointed at a spot. I looked over and it was where Ara was at dancing. She looked completely drunk. She walked back to me with a glare on her face.

'She looked cute when she is angry. Wait did I say she was cute?!?' I thought to myself. I shook my head and grabbed her hand that she stuck out. She never let it go and that is when I realized that she is taking me out of the party.

"Aera.. where are we going? I haven't met a girl yet." I complained like a child while stomping my feet behind her.

"I am treating your wounds. Then you can come back and meet some chicks. Your lips will be crusty like those guy hands if we don't clean them." She said with somewhat an irradiated voice. I then realized we are at a house. This must be where she lives. 'Perfect.' I thought.

She pulled me into the house and then turned to me and put her finger on her lips telling me to be quiet. I nodded and with that she pulled me into the bathroom. She sat me on the toilet and grabbed the first aid kit. I saw her grabbed cotton balls, q-tips, rubbing alcohol and medicine to help stop infection. I looked at her with this "do-not-put-that-stuff-on-me-look."

She raised her eyebrow and got down to my level. That is when I was able to see her beauty from up close.

"Is the bad boy and mafia scared of rubbing alcohol?" She asked with a baby voice then giggled. I looked away. That shit burns.

She grabs me by the chin then squats down.

"I promise I will be gentle." She said in a soothing voice. I nodded at her. I watched her the whole time she did everything. I just focused on her. I didn't even notice that she finished.

"Did you know you looked beautiful?" I asked her. I saw her face heat up and I genuinely smiled at her. I'm glad she knows.

She said something under her breath.

"Huh?" I asked. She looked away but said what she said a little louder.

"I think you look good too. We kinda matched. I also like your smile." She said blushing. I blushed a little too. I looked at her outfit then back at mine. We did kinda match. I was wearing a solid tux with no undershirt so the top two buttons were open exposing my chest. I had horns too but more like ram horns. I also had a tail and the one thing that was different was that I was wearing two different colored contacts. One red and one black.

She grabbed my hand again and pulled me into her room. She took out male clothing and gave it to me. I just looked at her.

"These are Ara's cousins clothing. You can wear them. I am letting you stay because it is almost two am and I don't want something bad to happen." She said. I just nodded and walked back to the restroom. It was a black t-shirt and gray sweats. My style exactly. I walked back into her room when my breath hitched.

'Wow she looks even more beautiful.' I thought. She was wearing an oversized shirt and shorts. She was currently sitting at her desk taking her makeup off. What was beautiful about her was that she was going to show her real self to me.

Aera's pov

I was honestly scared to take my makeup off and wear this. To be honest, I had a slight stomach, slightly fat thighs and I had slight ache. (I am literally describing myself because I am actually like this and that's why my boyfriend of a year broke up with me 😗✌🏼)

I turned around and saw Sunwoo already looking at me. I was about to cry and before I knew it, a tear fell down my cheek. He walked over and whipped my tear away. Even though a lot was falling.

"Why are you crying?" He asked has he grabbed one hand into his and the other continued to whip my tears.

"I'm fat and ugly." I cried. He widened his eyes and looked at me.

"No your not. You are the most beautiful person I seen. More beautiful than my mom and she always comes first." He said. My eyes widened at what he said.

"Really?" I asked. He nodded and pulled me to the bed. He pushed me down and put the blankets on me. He was about to go sleep on the cough I had but I pulled him down to sleep next to me. He pulled me to him with his arms wrapped around me waist.

"Thank you Sunwoo." I mumbled. He hmmed and I went to sleep.
