STELLA POV:
"WAAAA" I hear one of the baby scream waking me up from a 2 hour sleep, usually one of the guys would go take care of it but they had to leave to take Silas because some how Elena still ended up being turned.
I checked the baby monitor saw it was Alexander or Xander, for short who was crying. I walked down the hall to the nursery, "hey my little Viking" I say softly picking him up. He automatically stops crying and starts trying to pull down my shirt "oh is baby hungry" I coo at him pulling down my down my shirt, he immediately latched on me and starts eating. Xander will only eat from my boobs, Adeline (Addy) will do bottles and my boobs, and Nicholas (Nic) will only do bottles he will not latch on at all.
I look down and see Xander passed out with my boob still in his mouth. I go lay him back down, I see Nicholas awake too "hey my little warrior you hungry... nope you need a diaper change" I say to him smiling and he gives me a toothless smile back, after changing him and putting him back in bed to sleep for little longer. I go over and check on Adeline she still asleep, so I have about a hour before they all wake up again, so do I shower after being in the same clothes for the last 3 days or sleep for a extra hour.
Sleep it is I went back to bed woke up 45 minutes later. See Addy was awake because of the baby monitor. I walk into her nursery "hey my little princess you hungry" I coo at her. Picking her up feeding her taking her downstairs to the playpen area I see Rebekah seating there with a far away look. I strap Addy in her baby swing.

After I see Addy is comfortable and okay I put on the movie Bratz: Super Babyz. "Hey Bekah you okay" I ask softly. "Oh sorry lost in thought I'm okay" Bekah says back to me. "How about we talk about what's bothering you because I know something is. Just let me go get the boys, will you watch Addy for me" I ask her, Rebekah shakes her head yes. I went back upstairs to the boys nursery there both awake I pick them both up and take them downstairs put Nicholas in his swing.

I make sure all the babies are okay happy in there swings. I go over a sit with Rebekah on the couch. "Okay Bekah what's going on" I ask her. "I'm pregnant" Rebekah says to me, "omg your pregnant" I squeal and hug her tight. "Does Stefan know" I ask her "No. Do you think he'll be happy"Rebekah asks with tears in her eyes. "Of course not Rebekah your giving him a gift that he thought he lost all the years ago when he was turned" I say giving her a hug. "I'm pregnant, I'm gonna be a mom" Rebekah says finally coming to terms with it. "Your pregnant" I say happy.
