THIRD PERSON

Austine stared at the invitation card in her hands. It was a silver colour with fancy handwriting. It had been carefully prepared, most probably by hand, and slipped into a sleek white envelope. It's Robin's invitation to her to attend his wedding. He's getting married to woman called Breeze Kori. She never imagined Robin marrying a person besides her. She didn't cry, no, she was happy for him. She was happy that he's finally found someone who will love him properly. But, no relationship is complete without mistakes being made.

The wedding was tomorrow and happening in Breeze's hometown at Michigan. New York wasn't too far away from Michigan, just a couple of states apart. It said it was going to happen near one of the Great Lakes. Austine guessed she was filthy rich but Robin never cared about one's appearance, or status in society; he just simply cared about how they presented their character no matter what . Breeze must have had a lasting impression on Robin because it's been a year since they've talked or met.

"What's that?" the son of Mr. Rostani asked me. He gave me a chaste kiss and placed a black backpack on the ground, sitting on the bed next to her. His name is Matteo, but Austine calls him Theo for short. He's the 'Mr. Rostani' Austine cheated on with, not her actual boss. He's got the same wavy dark hair, darker than Robin's though. His eyes are a shade of green that you just can't get enough of. They've been together for approximately three years now - well, on and off -  and she's been happy with her choice and happy for Robin's.

"An invitation to my ex's wedding," Austine replied with a small smile. Theo heled her hand in his and smiled. She knows that smile. It's not a piteous smile, but a smile saying that he's proud of her.

"I'm glad we've past that phase. I didn't really know about him until I came into your apartment and you just burst out. I had a feeling you loved somebody dearly but never had the courage to tell me. I forgave you and I hope he forgives you. It's clear he has moved on from you though and, so have you," Theo told Austine. She nodded her head knowingly.

"I just really miss the bond we had together," Austine confessed. Theo nodded his head, understanding. He missed the woman he first loved as well, but she died in an accident. He didn't move on but instead allowed the past to haunt him until he met Austine in his dad's office building. She was helping him do some things with the paperwork. He loved her smile and the boldness of her hair and the eyes just seemed to shine with sadness. She said that he sort of saved her from drowning in guilt and sorrow.

Robin chewed his nails in nervousness. Today was the big day. His leg jumped up and down. He was literally nervous. Austine's brothers and Cooper all watched Robin as he stared at the window. This was Breeze's home, well, a mansion to be precise. She lives next to one of the Great Lakes but he wasn't sure which one. Today was the big day.

"Little brother, you got to chill," Cooper told him with an annoyed tone laced in his voice. Robin shook his head from side to side. Caleb and Elliot were here as well, fixing their tuxes. Cooper is annoyed. He has never seen Robin this anxious and nervous ever since he planned to ask Austine to be his girlfriend. He thought that maybe inviting the little Collin family wasn't a good idea. The whole Daxter family were waiting already in their seats except for the maid honours (Nicole, their younger cousins, Mikaela and Georgie) and the groomsmen (Cooper, Uncle Ravioli and Peter). Cooper didn't want his younger brother to worry.

"Rob, you're going to be fine and going to be the best husband to her," Cooper assured him. Cooper liked Breeze better than Austine. She held a charisma that couldn't be described and just made everyone around her feel special. The whole Daxter family loved her when Robin introduced them. Austine had only met a small division of the Daxter family, as she missed out on a lot.

Caleb chuckled from afar. He's always been dreaming of this day with his Emily but it'll only be happening in his head. Elliot just stared at Robin with a proud smile. He's never been the person to settle down but he knew between the both of them that Robin was the first one to get it over with a girl he truly loved. He's always been one with romance stuff.

The after party was probably one of the best moments after getting officially married. During the part when they had to confess their vows, Breeze couldn't help but laugh when Robin called her Hero instead of her actual name. Now, she was busy chatting with her former college friends with Robin by her side who held her waist in a comforting grip.

Austine wandered into the party, searching for any familiar faces. She held Theo's hand in hers and gasped when she saw the bride and groom. She couldn't help smiling when she saw Robin's face with a huge smile on his face. Robin just looked at Breeze as she animatedly talked with her friends. He hadn't said a single word to them. He just loved watching her talk about the most random of things. He then looked up, feeling someone stare at him and saw her eyes fixated on him. Robin couldn't believe it. She made it to the party but not to the most important part of this whole ceremony thing, but Robin was still happy she made it.

He excused himself and dragged Breeze with him as they walked up to Matteo and Austine. Austine tightly squeezed Theo's hand and smiled over to them and looked at Breeze. She is the epitome of beauty and freedom. They looked like a perfect match for each other.

"Congratulations," Austine greeted, finally finding her voice. Breeze gave her a huge smile. She knew exactly who she was. She's Austine, the woman who Robin first loved. Robin has told countless stories about their adventures and she couldn't help but feel slightly jealous. She's beautiful, Breeze thought. Her soft golden locks and light gaze on them definitely showed that she still loved Robin even though he's moved on. Robin just gave her a soft smile.

"Glad you came. Go on and enjoy yourself and thanks," Breeze answered for Robin and her. Austine and Matteo both left them alone with their love. Robin spun Breeze around to face him, tilting her head up with his finger so she can look straight into his eyes.

"Hero, you're awesome and I love you." Breeze leaned in and gave him a lingering kiss on the lips.

"I love you too, idiot," she giggled. They just stood there in each other's arms as people came along to congratulate them or to just catch up on things. They watched people go enjoy themselves as well. Robin pulled on a content smile on his lips. He's happy that Austine and him didn't hold a grudge on each other but silently forgiven each other. She's with a man she probably truly loves and he's with a woman he loves with all his heart and will spent all his life with. All is well and the zipper has been finally fully opened.
